Drag Racing Ticket Manager Support
Welcome to the official support page for Drag Racing Ticket Manager.
Drag Racing Ticket Manager is designed for RC and full-size drag racers to scan time slips, organize builds, track racing history, compare runs, and manage race information.
For the best scanning results:
Photograph the entire time slip.
Keep the ticket flat.
Use good lighting.
Avoid glare and shadows.
Keep printed timing numbers sharp and in focus.
Verify scanned values before saving if anything appears incorrect.
iCloud backup is optional.
If enabled, supported garage data is stored using Apple iCloud and CloudKit in your private iCloud database.
If iCloud backup is unavailable:
Make sure you are signed into iCloud on your iPhone.
Make sure iCloud Drive is enabled.
Check your internet connection.
Try Sync Now again from Settings.
You can turn off iCloud backup or delete your iCloud backup from within the app.
Drag Racing Ticket Manager Pro is available as a one-time in-app purchase.
Pro unlocks:
Unlimited builds
Unlimited tickets
Full garage access
There is no recurring subscription required for the Pro upgrade.
If you previously purchased Pro and it is not recognized, use Restore Purchases from the app Settings while signed into the Apple Account that originally purchased Pro.
