Dragon Wind ("the App") is operated by Tobias.
Dragon Wind does not require user registration, accounts, or login credentials.
The App does not collect personal information such as:
Name
Email address
Phone number
Physical address
Location data
Contacts
Photos
Camera recordings
Microphone recordings
Payment information
Advertising identifiers
The developer does not operate any servers and does not directly collect personal information from users.
Dragon Wind stores gameplay progress and preferences on your device.
The App may save:
Best score (highest height reached)
Total coins collected
Total jade collected
Dragon encounter statistics
Tutorial completion status
Gameplay preferences
Audio settings
Haptic feedback settings
This information is used solely to provide game functionality and preserve progress between sessions.
Dragon Wind supports optional synchronization through Apple's iCloud Key-Value Storage.
When iCloud is enabled on your device, certain game progress and settings may be synchronized across your devices signed in with the same Apple ID.
Examples of synchronized data include:
Best score
Lifetime coins
Lifetime jade
Dragon encounter count
Tutorial status
Audio settings
Haptic preferences
iCloud synchronization is provided and managed by Apple. Any data stored through iCloud is subject to Apple's privacy practices and policies.
If iCloud is unavailable or disabled, Dragon Wind remains fully functional using local storage only.
Dragon Wind does not use:
Analytics services
Usage tracking tools
Behavioral profiling
Crash reporting services
The developer does not track how users interact with the App.
Dragon Wind does not display advertisements.
The App does not use advertising SDKs, advertising identifiers, or ad networks.
Dragon Wind does not include:
Third-party analytics SDKs
Advertising SDKs
Social media integrations
External databases
User account systems
The App uses only Apple's built-in frameworks and iCloud services.
An internet connection is not required to play Dragon Wind.
The App may access Apple's iCloud services when synchronization is enabled, but gameplay itself is fully available offline.
Dragon Wind is suitable for all ages.
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users.
The App contains no user-generated content, communication features, social networking features, or online interactions.
You can delete your game progress at any time by using:
Settings → Reset All Progress
This will remove stored gameplay statistics and synchronized progress data.
You may also remove local data by uninstalling the App from your device.
Any iCloud data is managed through your Apple account and may remain available until removed or overwritten according to Apple's iCloud policies.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time.
Any updates will be reflected by revising the "Last updated" date at the top of this document.
