Rule 1: Orders can take time, especially large ones! Please allow 1-2 days for fulfillment. Don’t worry your dragons are safe and just waiting in the queue!

Rule 2: Please be patient and cooperative during the ordering process. There are many orders in queue, but I promise to deliver yours as quickly as possible!

Rule 3: Pre-orders may take up to 3-4 days depending on the dragon species you’ve requested.

Rule 4: Don’t forget to check your bank balance and storage space before ordering to ensure you’re ready for your new dragons!

Rule 5: Only place an order if you’re a serious buyer! Please make sure to pick up your order within a week but if you need me to hold it for a week, just let me know! ^^
