How the Process Works

Plan It

1. Inquiry. Send a short description of the project, desired deliverables, deadline and any source files available for review.

2. Scope and Quote. Dragonfly confirms what is included, what the client must provide, the delivery schedule, revision allowance and project price.

Create It

3. Deposit and Scheduling. The project is added to the production calendar after the agreement is accepted and the required deposit is received.

4. Content Submission. The client submits complete, organized and approved source materials by the agreed date. Delays may move the delivery date.

Complete It

5. Draft and Review. Dragonfly delivers a draft for consolidated feedback. The client returns one organized list of requested changes.

6. Final Delivery. After approval and final payment, Dragonfly delivers the agreed files in the formats listed in the project agreement.

A clear process from inquiry to final delivery

TYPICAL TURNAROUND

Most small projects require approximately 5–10 business days after I receive the deposit and all required content.

Larger presentations, websites, learning-content packages, and Legacy slideshows may require 2–4 weeks. Your project quote will include the expected schedule.

COMMUNICATION

Routine project communication takes place by email or Facebook Messenger. When a project requires more discussion, the quoted scope may include a scheduled telephone or video consultation.

The project agreement will clearly identify communication expectations, included meetings, and response timelines.

Do you offer monthly service retainers?

Not at this time. Dragonfly focuses on defined projects with clear deliverables and completion points.

Can you write all of my content for me?

Light editing and organization may be included. Original research, extensive copywriting or subject-matter development requires a separate scope and quote.

Do you work only with businesses?

No. Dragonfly also supports educators, ministries, community organizations and families planning meaningful milestone presentations.

Will my website rank first on Google?

No search ranking can be guaranteed. Dragonfly can apply basic content-organization and page-setup practices but does not promise specific ranking or traffic results.

Can you rush my project?

Possibly. Rush work depends on availability and may include an additional fee.

Can you build a custom online store?

Yes, I can build a basic online store. Current website services focus on straightforward Google Sites, GoDaddy or Square projects.

Advanced e-commerce, custom coding and advanced integrations should be handled by a web-development specialist.
