**App:** Dragon Bubble Shoot
**Developer:** Dream Box Studio
**Effective date:** August 17, 2026
**Last updated:** August 17, 2026
Dream Box Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”) built Dragon Bubble Shoot as a family-friendly bubble puzzle game. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be handled when you use the game and describes the safeguards we apply for children and families.
## 1. Information You Provide
Dragon Bubble Shoot does not currently require users to create an account. We do not ask players to provide their name, postal address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photographs, microphone recordings, or other sensitive personal information to play the game.
If you or a parent/guardian contacts us for support, we may receive the email address and information voluntarily included in that message. We use support communications only to respond, troubleshoot, protect the game, or meet legal obligations.
## 2. Game Data Stored on the Device
The game may store progress locally on the device, including:
- unlocked stages and star ratings;
- high score, coins, Power Points, missions, and rewards;
- sound and gameplay preferences; and
- daily reward status.
This local information is used to operate and restore the game experience. It can normally be removed by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling the app.
## 3. Advertising
Dragon Bubble Shoot may display banner, interstitial, rewarded, or rewarded-interstitial advertisements through Google AdMob. Rewarded ads are optional and are shown only after a player chooses an action such as “Watch Ad.” A reward is granted only after the ad provider reports successful completion.
For children and users of unknown age, our ad requests are intended to use:
- child-directed treatment;
- treatment for users under the age of consent;
- non-personalized ads only;
- a maximum ad content rating of “G”;
- no interest-based advertising or remarketing; and
- Google Play Families Self-Certified advertising SDK versions.
Advertising providers may still process limited technical information needed to deliver, secure, measure, and prevent fraud in ads, such as IP address, general device information, app identifiers, ad interactions, and diagnostic information. We do not permit this information to be used for personalized advertising to children.

## 4. Firebase and Technical Services
The game may use Google Firebase services to support functions such as app stability, crash reporting, performance monitoring, configuration, or analytics. Depending on the Firebase services enabled in the released version, Google may process technical data such as app instance identifiers, device and operating-system information, IP address, crash logs, performance data, and general app interactions.
We use this information only to operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the game. We do not use Firebase information to build advertising profiles for children. Firebase privacy and security information is available at https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy/.
## 5. Children’s Privacy and Safety
Dragon Bubble Shoot is designed to provide an age-appropriate, family-friendly experience. We apply the following children’s safety principles:
- We do not knowingly request or collect personal information directly from children.
- The game has no public chat, private messaging, social feed, user-generated content, account profile, or stranger-contact feature.
- The game does not request access to contacts, camera, microphone, precise location, phone number, or external storage for normal gameplay.
- Ads shown to children or users of unknown age must be non-personalized and age-appropriate.
- Advertising must be visually distinguishable from gameplay and must not be designed to cause accidental clicks.
- Rewarded advertising is optional and must offer a clear way to decline it.
- We do not knowingly transmit Android Advertising ID or prohibited persistent device identifiers from children or users of unknown age.
- We do not sell children’s personal information.
If we learn that personal information from a child was collected contrary to this policy, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. A parent or legal guardian may contact us to ask a privacy question or request deletion.
## 6. Legal Bases and Consent
Where applicable, we process limited information to provide the game, maintain security, comply with law, and pursue legitimate interests such as fixing crashes and preventing fraud. Where consent is legally required, an appropriate consent or age-screening process will be used. Child-directed ad treatment remains enabled for children and users of unknown age regardless of advertising consent signals.
## 7. Sharing of Information
We do not sell or rent personal information. Limited information may be processed by service providers such as Google AdMob and Firebase only for the purposes described above. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce rights, investigate abuse, or protect users and the public.
## 8. Data Retention and Deletion
Local game progress remains on the device until the app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled. Support messages may be retained only as long as reasonably necessary to answer the request, maintain records, prevent abuse, or comply with law. Service providers may retain technical information according to their own documented retention rules.
Dragon Bubble Shoot does not currently provide user accounts. Therefore, there is no app account to delete. A player or parent may request deletion of support information or other data reasonably linked to them by contacting us.
## 9. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information. Network communications used by Google services are generally encrypted in transit. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
## 10. International Processing
Our service providers may process information in countries other than the player’s country. Where required, they use contractual and legal safeguards for international data transfers.
## 11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when the game, legal requirements, or third-party services change. We will update the “Last updated” date and, when appropriate, provide an in-app or store-listing notice.
