I know you can change profiles by using FN + (key) and make a custom one, but I want to know if it's possible to have a custom animated profile instead of a static one? Tried SignalRGB, it sadly didn't support my Redragon K551 VARA. If any of you can give me a link to software that can do this, it will be much appreciated.

Thank you so much! I have a Redragon Vara (Love it!) and it was working on my old machine and i plug it into my new machine (i7 7700k :P) and nothing, nothing happened so i was a little bit stressed but i know it was Windows because it was working before, a google search found me this page and you helped me out, thank you so much!

Press Fn+ macro recording button (it has an icon of a circle in circle) simultanuously and for a few seconds until whole keyboard starts blinking. This resets the keyboard (you will lose your macros). That helped for me.

I came here after my son did something to brand new keyboard RedDragon Asura K501.

The solution above did not work as no NDF-tech or any other non-standard adapter was present on my machines and keyboard was lit but not responding on two different machines with Windows 10, all USB ports.

Hi! I tried this and it didnt work ? i have the redragon s102-1. It worked before but then suddenly it stopped working. The ND-tech usb adapter is not showing when i click on the universal. I am so frustrated. I really hate redragon now

Hi! i want to do this method but the problem is that i dont see any ND-tech usb adapter under the universal. i only see Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed). My keyboard is k552 anyone can help me? i just bought it.

for anyone that may still need help with the keyboard or for the future it could be an even more simple fix than this I bought a K530 and i was confused as it wasnt working but i was being dumb if you plug it in you dont need to have the on switch on as that is for Bluetooth. If you keep it plugged in you dont need the drivers either but if you want to use it bluetooth download the drivers for the right keyboard off the reddragon site

I made it,

My keyboard stopped working when i download the redragon software and running firmware updater, to solve it i opened the application again and select bootloader option, addicionally i open the main software and it works fine

I did a few other things the first time, before I uninstalled ICUE to try and fix it, including updating my keyboard and mousepad, deleting the default (and only) profile, clicking the "view only selected effect" and nothing worked, so I uninstalled, reinstalled, thought it was fixed, and now we are right back where we started.

I just downloaded DAI and am not used to using the keyboard as much as I am used to just using a mouse with occasional hotkeys. For someone with less manual dexterity than I used to have, and being used to moving characters with the left mouse key, should I invest in a controller or is that just as awkward for a 51 y.o. "newbie"? I find myself thinking I'm moving my character and I end up moving a camera--I think.

I played with mouse and keyboard at first, then switched to controller finding tactical view very difficult to control. I don't use tactical every combat, but definitely when fighting tougher enemies. What more do you get with mouse and keyboard in tactical view, as I haven't found any differences yet.

I use MSI Dragon Center for custom fan curves and mobo, gpu, cpu cooler RGB.. I then use iCue for the rgb and custom profiles and custom dpi settings, and macro settings on my corsair k95 rgb platinum and my corsair nightsword mouse. i very very much like iCue. I would do without dragon center if i didnt need it.

Everytime i boot my pc, dragon center takes over my keyboard and turns everything red. i can ONLY have the keyboard set to all solid colors or the predefined rgb patterns they do. But in iCue i have it set per key exactly how i want it. The top bar scrolls rgb while all my normal keys are white and all my function keys and non number or letter keys are light blue. There is no way in dragon center to do this. but i cant figure out how to make dragon center NOT take over my keyboard. I even have it set to NOT override other rgb software in the settings but it does anyway. i have to manually end icue then restart it in order for icue to take back over.. thats very annoying to do every single boot.

Does anyone know of a solution where i can disable dragon center from even seeing the keyboard? completely leave it alone and not change it in any way?

or,

Is there another program i can use to control the rgb inside the tower, and also set custom fan curves? then i can just not use dragon center at all. I dont care about the noise the fans make, its barely audible above the game/ media im viewing. i like my fans kicking at 100% if the temps reach above 65c. And i dont care about crazy rgb patterns in the tower. i have everything set to r50,g50,b50.. (dim white light). as long as i can control the rgb by manually setting the rgb static 0-255 ill be happy.

me either. ive searched high and low for a solution. Its so annoying having to manually end then restart icue just to get a simple color scheme going. and itll sometimes just randomly switch back to the dragon center taking over out of nowhere.

1. go to dragon center

2. go to the gear/settings in mystic light under the dram category

3. Turn off third party rgb

4.go to icue go to the device settings and turn off enable full software control and restart icue services

hope this works for you guys

when you have issues whit your keyboard whit a lot of keyboards when your keyboard doesnt respond to anything and the caps lock is lighting up its locked try to find the manual if you dont find how to unlock it its basecly just fn + windows key or there is a lock on if still not work fn + esc 3 sec and factory restart and it works so tadaaa

GUYS please help me i have a logtech keyboard it is the logtech g910 whenever i plug it in only half the keyboard lights up but it lights up then turns off and lights up then turns of not the keyboard the color turns off my keyboard is not blutooth btw and the keys only work when the light is on i tried everything i tried the water imerssion trick and it dident help. You guys are my only hope the fate of my gaming carreer rests on you guys.

Did the esc and other buttons... it installed drivers, said everything was good to go. It also shows up as a keyboard hid (human interface device) in device manager. Back lights work and change color with press of button. Not a single key besides the lighting effect work at all. My nephew asked me to see if i could make it work for him. I have no clue as to its condition or if it worked previously. But given it lights up and shows as keyboard and loaded drivers..... one would be inclined to think it would work. So far none of these solutions have actually been a solution for me.

The book is very informative to get to know dragon speak. I am a bit old-fashioned and quite like to browse through a manual. Its the feel of paper so I lashed out and bought a Dragon For Dummies book. I prefer to browse through it and pick up tips here and there rather than slog through computer tutorials. 2351a5e196
