Experience teaching in West Hollywood, Ventura, San Jose, and Santa Paula. Have taught TK, K, 2nd, 3rd, and 5th-8th.
Created events, cotaught lessons, curated collections, and built a vibrant library community for 5th-8th grade students.
Worked with other justice-oriented educators across the country to create lessons, share ideas, and deliver PD to colleagues.

Delivered PD for classified and certificated staff about strategies and tools for implementing ESJS curricula and principles in preK-5th. Have also taught numerous PD sessions about supporting LGBTQ2+ students in preK-12th. Created and distributed CA Laws for Educators pamphlet.
