About

Dr. Yue Mu is a Lecturer in the School of Physical and Mathematical Sciences at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. She holds a Ph.D. in Statistics from the National University of Singapore (NUS) and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Economics (First Honour) from NTU.

Before joining NTU, Dr. Yue was a Lecturer in the Engineering Systems and Design Pillar at the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) from 2020 to 2023. Prior to that, she served as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Biostatistics and Modelling domain at the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, NUS, while concurrently teaching probability and statistics in the Department of Economics at NUS.

Dr. Yue’s research focuses on the development of statistical and machine learning methodologies, with applications in biomedical sciences, economics, and business analytics.
