The young girls mentorship program is a program by Dr Tumasang swiri Foundation designed for young girls aged 18 to 35. it is aimed at empowering the next generation of female leaders thereby empowering them for success. the program consists of one on one mentorship with experienced women leaders in society, online faciliated courses by seasoned experts and a graduation ceremony to showcase the various community engagement projects and skills acquired during the program
