Professional experience_____________________________________________________

Dept. of Physics and Astrophysics, University of Delhi, Delhi (2018)

Designed and optimized a MEMS-based capacitive bacteria sensor under collaborative research work for detecting the E. coli bacteria. The results obtained from the research work reveal that the device capacitance changes with change in bacteria concentration.

Institute of Advanced Study in Science and Technology (Under DST Govt of India) Guwahati (2016)

Worked on HP ProLiant DL380G5, G7 and IBM X3400M3 Server in Linux Environment provided by Physical Science      Division, IASST, Guwahati for DFT simulations. My responsibility was to study the platinum adsorption property of       carbon nanotubes in the presence of different doping elements. The result obtained from the research work was             presented in an international conference.

Indian Institute of Astrophysics, Bengaluru (2014)

Worked on Multi Aperture Scintillation Sensor (MASS) and Differential Image Motion Monitor (DIMM) Instrument, used in TMT group under Indian Institute of Astrophysics for atmospheric turbulence studies. My responsibility was to decouple the instrument, study its working principle independently as well as to make documentation of the application environment and operation mechanism along with the other necessary guidelines for the new users.

IIT Guwahati. Guwahati (2013)

Worked on MEMS-based accelerometer and gyroscope sensor to measure pitch, roll and heading angle in real time domain which is in general used in Aerodynamics.
