Metro offers reserved parking at 35 rail stations. The monthly reserved parking fee is $45-$65 and is paid in addition to the regular daily parking rate. Reserved parking spaces for permit holders are available until 10 am. After that time, all unused spaces are available for general use. Multi-day parking (also known as overnight or long-term parking) is available at four stations: Greenbelt, Huntington, Franconia-Springfield, and Wiehle-Reston East. Each of these stations has between 15 and 17 spaces allocated for multi-day use of up to 10 days. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. There is no charge for multi-day parking beyond the regular fee. See the individual station pages for more details about multi-day parking at these four stations:

BART operates parking at 36 stations. This page is specific to BART-operated parking and does not apply to parking at the Berryessa/North San Jose and Milpitas stations, which is operated by the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority.

Daily Fee parking is for stays of up to 24 hours. Purchase on the official BART app or at machines in the station no more than 10 minutes after parking to avoid a citation. Park in the designated Daily Fee area.

Single/Multi-Day Reserved parking is for consecutive overnight stays of up to 20 weekdays, such as parking while traveling to the airport. Purchase on the official BART app or pay by website. Park in the designated Reserved area.

Monthly Reserved parking is for stays of up to 24 hours at a time, charged on a recurring monthly basis, and provides a guaranteed space until 10am. Not to be used while travelling for several days in a row. Purchase on the official BART app or pay by website. Park in the designated Reserved area.

Alternative, discounted parking for this area is available at the Visitor Center Garage, located at 63 Mary Street. This garage offers a $7 flat rate fee after 3 p.m. and a $5 flat rate fee after 5 p.m. The discounted evening rate ends at 3 a.m. and reverts to the regular garage rate ($1 per half hour). Additional parking at the $1 per half hour rate is available at the Midtown Garage (558 King Street) and Marion Square Garage (399 King Street).

State Code 5 June 3, 1960, allows free parking for people with disabilities who have state-issued identification (either a placard or a handicap license plate) in metered or timed parking spaces. This includes Parking Meters, Garages, and Lots and only applies to City, County, and State-owned facilities. There are several garages and lots that are privately owned, and they do not offer free parking for people with disabilities.

When parking at a metered space please be sure your placard is visible. It should either hang from the rear view mirror or be placed on the dashboard. When leaving a garage to receive free parking, you will be asked to show your disabled placard or identification.

Charleston accepts disabled placards from other states. A disabled veteran license plate also qualifies for free parking. Please be aware that handicap placards or license plates do not allow parking in Commercial Loading Zones.

Road Closures:

Use I-90 exits at Ontario, East 9th, Prospect or Superior to access parking downtown. Rolling Road Closures may be in effect as early as 3 hours prior to kickoff. The West 3rd and East 9th exits off Route 2 (Shoreway) will be closed.

In compliance with the ADA, there are limited first-come, first-serve cash parking available directly north and west of the stadium. Please display your reserved parking pass or handicap placard to the traffic officer to gain access to these parking lots. ADA Parking is $50 cash only. There are several options for parking around Allegiant Stadium. Parking lots will open approximately four (4) hours before kickoff for Raiders games. For Allegiant Stadium events, please reference the event parking details as hours are subject to change. Vehicles are permitted to line up in a single lane closest to the curb one (1) hour prior to the gate opening time, space permitted. Vehicles are not permitted to park overnight prior to gameday. All Allegiant Stadium parking lots will be cleared one hour after the conclusion of the event.

Accessible Parking will be available for guests at Allegiant Stadium. Parking pass holders in need of accessible parking will be directed by traffic and parking staff. A state-issued ADA parking placard, sticker, or license plate does not grant access to parking lots without a verified parking pass.

If accessible parking is full, ADA placards or plate holders will be offered the next available parking space in the reserved parking lots. ADA placards or plates alone do not grant access to the Allegiant Stadium lots.

Yes, tailgating is allowed at approximately 6,000 parking spaces throughout multiple lots. Please check the parking lot details before purchasing your parking pass to understand if tailgating will be permitted. Vehicles are permitted to line up in a single lane closest to the curb one (1) hour prior to the gate opening time, space permitted. Vehicles are not permitted to park overnight prior to gameday.

You will be directed into the next available parking space upon entering the lot. Please keep in mind if you would like to tailgate next to another party, you will need to line up and enter the lot at the same time.

Hours of Operation: The Allegiant Stadium parking gates will open four (4) hours prior to kickoff for Raiders and UNLV home games. For hours of operations for other events, please visit the event details page on AllegiantStadium.com. Vehicles are permitted to line up in the single lane closest to the curb one (1) hour prior to the gate opening time, space permitting. Vehicles are not permitted to park overnight prior to gameday.

Hours of Activity: Tailgating is strictly prohibited at the start, during and after the event. Guests are required to break down the tailgating set up as soon as the event begins and/or when requested by stadium personnel. All Allegiant Stadium parking lots will be cleared one hour after the conclusion of the event.

Code of Conduct: The Allegiant Stadium Guest Code of Conduct will be enforced in all Allegiant Stadium parking lots. Any action that causes a disruption, creates an unsafe environment or interferes with the event or the guest experience, including lewd and/or disruptive behavior in Allegiant Stadium parking lots will not be tolerated. Failure to observe traffic, parking, and directions of law enforcement or stadium personnel may result in revocation of ticket and parking privileges and/or ejection.

Parking Spaces: Pre-purchased parking passes are available at select lots and can be purchased on the SpotHero app. The ability to pay for parking upon arrival is based on availability. We strongly encourage you to purchase your parking pass in advance of the event. All guests traveling in the vehicles parking on site must have a ticket to the event. Parking spaces, including ADA spaces, may not be reserved, held, or saved for any reason. Tailgating is only permitted from the end of the vehicle to the red painted emergency line. Tailgating is not permitted beyond the red painted emergency line, along sidewalks and painted walkways or other areas deemed by stadium personnel as an obstruction. Each parking space requires a vehicle and valid parking pass.

Commercial Activity: The sale of goods or services, advertising the display of commercial signage on vehicles is not permitted. Vehicles with exterior advertising can be stopped from entering even with a valid parking pass. The placement of flyers or brochures on vehicles is prohibited. ff782bc1db
