My Vision and Mission 

Vision Statement :  Elevating Orthopaedic Excellence: Pioneering Patient-Centered Care and Innovation in surgery & technology enabled orthopaedics 

Mission Statement :  As your Leader with your support and inputs , my mission will be to lead the Orthopaedic Association with dedication and passion, honesty and integrity,  ensuring that we collectively achieve the following objectives: 

1. Promoting Excellence in Patient Care: I am committed to upholding the highest standards of patient care. I will work tirelessly to foster an environment where every patient receives compassionate, evidence-based, and personalized orthopaedic care. Together, we will create a culture of excellence that puts the well-being of our patients above all else.

 2. Advancing Orthopaedic Research and Education: Our field is continually evolving, and we must stay at the forefront of innovation. Myself with ideas from you will champion initiatives to promote research, education, and knowledge-sharing among our members. This includes establishing grants, scholarships, and partnerships to support groundbreaking research and ensure that our professionals are well-equipped with the latest advancements. 

 3. Fostering Collaboration and Networking: We recognize the immense value of collaboration among orthopaedic surgeons.  We will create platforms for networking, mentorship, and knowledge exchange, bringing together professionals from various sub-specialties to enrich our collective expertise and drive progress in orthopaedic surgery. 

 4.Advocating for Orthopedic Healthcare: Advocacy is paramount to ensuring that orthopedic healthcare is accessible and prioritized. We will tirelessly advocate for our patients and our profession, working closely with policymakers, healthcare organizations, and patient advocacy groups to influence policies that benefit both patients and orthopedic professionals.

5. Enhancing Transparency and Inclusivity: I am committed to promoting transparency in our association's operations and decisions. Furthermore, I will actively work to ensure that our association is inclusive, diverse, and representative of our entire community, giving every member a voice in shaping our future. Looking forward to truly democratic academic association.

6. Financial Responsibility: Sound financial management is essential to achieving our goals. We will ensure that our association's resources are used judiciously, with a focus on maximizing the benefits for our members and the patients we serve. There will be transparency in expenditure and efforts will be made to add to the reserves and not deplete resources for personal gains. Our IOACON will be accessible, affordable and academic feast, with blend of brotherhood, and celebrations.
