Dr. Mona Moustafa Elashry is a highly accomplished professional with a Doctoral degree in Business Administration, specializing in management, from Cairo University. She earned this degree in 2021. Prior to this, she obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration, with a focus on human resources management, from Cairo university 2014 - 2016. She also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from Cairo University 2009 and 2011.

In addition to her academic achievements, Dr. Elashry has acquired several professional certifications & accreditations. She is a Certified International Trainer from CIDA-France, which she obtained in September 2023, and a Certified Digital Trainer from the National Training and Education Council in Egypt, also earned in September 2023.

Additionally, she is accredited from The American Organization for Science and Technology (ASIT- USA)- October- 2023, as an international trainer. She is accredited from European Organization for Quality Management (EOQM)- October 2023.

Currently, Dr. Elashry works as a faculty member at Midocean University in the UAE. 

She also works as a mentor and supervisor for Ph.D. students at E3mel Business Academy EBU University in the USA. 

Previously, she held adjunct lecturer positions at RCSC- Faculty of Commerce at Cairo University and at the Faculty of Management at the Arab Academy of Management Banking and Financial Sciences AAMBFS in Egypt.

Dr. Elashry has presented research papers at prestigious conferences such as the 42nd EBES Conference held in Lisbon in 2023. She is an active member of the Eurasia Business and Economics Society Conference (EBES). Furthermore, she has published several research papers.

In addition to her academic and professional pursuits, Dr. Elashry is also an accomplished business consultant, providing expertise in research data analysis and teaching various courses in business administration, and research methodology.
