• Assistant Professor at the Goa Institute of Management from 20th November, 2014 to 31st October, 2017.

• Worked as Guest faculty at Tata Institute of Social Sciences, School of Rural Development.

• Worked as Research Assistant for CEDES, Buenos Aires, Argentina in collaboration with International Development Centre (IDRC), Canada at the Centre for Studies in Social Sciences, Calcutta.

• Worked as guest faculty from 12th June 2012 to 14th August 2012 in the IIAS Institute of Management, Kolkata.
