• Conducted STEMAarohan on 6th December 2025, a STEM-focused program for teachers aimed at inspiring and empowering educators through interactive learning with 100+ participants.

• Conducted STEMVis on 28th September 2025, an initiative focused on promoting scientific visualisation and enhancing understanding of STEM concepts with participation of 100+ principals and teachers from schools across Jharkhand.

• Conducted STEMNOVA on 22nd July 2025, an initiative focused on promoting innovation and interdisciplinary learning in STEM with 70+ teachers. 

• Conducted Industry Institute Interaction (III) : a platform at IIT (ISM) Dhanbad for academia–industry collaboration in 2026, 2025, and 2024. 

• Conducted the inaugural session of the largest socio-cultural fest of IIT (ISM) Dhanbad, SRIJAN 2026, 2025, and 2024. 

• Conducted Basant: the alumnii meet and award ceremony in 2024.

• Conducted the inaugural session of the techno fest: Concetto of IIT (ISM) Dhanbad in 2023. 

• Conducted inaugural and valedictory session of 2025 IEEE 1st International Conference on Smart and Sustainable Developments in Electrical Engineering (SSDEE), 28th February–2nd March 2025.  

• Organized 2 days National Workshop on "Green Steel Production (GSP 2024), Decarbonization for a Sustainable and Circular Economy" from 16–17 December 2024.

• Conducted Innovation, Design, and Entrepreneurship Bootcamp, 29–30 November 2024 aimed at fostering innovation, design thinking, and entrepreneurial skills among participants. 

• Organized STEM program for 70+ students of JNV Jamtara on 25th November 2024 aimed at promoting scientific awareness and encouraging students to explore opportunities in STEM fields. 

• Organized STEM program for 70+ students of JNV Dhanbad on 3rd September 2024 aimed at promoting scientific awareness and encouraging students to explore opportunities in STEM fields.

• Role Model Talk delivered by Prof. Madhulika Gupta along with Shariq Elahi, Ankit Joshi, Suprabha Palatasingh, and Reetika Tamang at JNV Koderma, 9th September 2024, aimed at motivating students by sharing academic journeys, research experiences, and career insights in STEM. 

• Conducted the STEM program for 80+ students of JNV Koderma on 20th August 2024 to encourage girls in STEM by fostering scientific curiosity, strengthening conceptual understanding, and inspiring them to pursue careers in science and technology.
