"I love reading and tutoring Latin! Cicero once called the study of Latin "food for young minds" and "a comfort in times of adversity." It seems he loved it too. At Dr. Kurz's Latin Tutoring, we prepare you to understand and enjoy Latin at all levels, from introductory courses in secondary schools to advanced university courses. I studied Latin at Brown University and received my PhD in Classics and History from Brown in 2016 and have been teaching and tutoring Latin for a decade. I work closely with my students to help them actively engage with the language to master fundamentals and appreciate the nuance of words. I proudly serve San Diego and Los Angeles families!"
