• M. Tech in Applied Electronics and Instrumentation from Heritage Institute of Technology, Kolkata.

• Graduate in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Institution of Engineers (India).

• Published 11+ peer-reviewed journals in Biosensors and Bioelectronics (Elsevier), IEEE Trans. on Electron Device Letters, IEEE Sensors Journal, IEEE Transactions on Nano Bioscience etc.

• Research interest is in biosensors design and application.

• Developed smooth and reliable reduced graphene oxide (RGO) nano-grid structure by using a nano-porous silicon oxide template, which resulted in the attomolar sensitivity of a field effect transistor biosensor and also explored the impact of pore morphology on the sensing performance of label free, non faradaic graphene nano-porous field effect biosensor.
