Fees/Insurance

Therapy services: The intake session is $230. Ongoing individual 50-min therapy sessions are $190.  

Testing and assessment services: There is an initial $500 deposit towards testing services, which goes towards the total cost. Services are $200 per hour, charged in 30-min increments. This includes time spent face-to-face, as well as time spent analyzing data and writing your report. I accept payment by cash, check, or credit card.

I am currently paneled with First Choice Health Network, Regence BlueShield, Kaiser PPO, and Lyra. 

I bill Premera BlueCross, Aetna, Cigna, and other insurances as an out-of-network provider, or provide a superbill for clients to submit to insurance for possible reimbursement. Clients are responsible for understanding their insurance benefits prior to start of services.
