Achievements

Our master's students Neema Prajapati and Riya Sati secured first prize in  "Destination Dr. Reddy's" competition organized by Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Limited, for presenting a case study on 'Nasal spray' and got awarded with INR 1,00,000. Both will get an opportunity as PPIs for an internship with Dr. Reddy’s which can convert to a PPO to join the flagship, Dr. Reddy’s Young Leaders Program.

Sakshi, our Ph. D research scholar has won a prize at the National Conference on 'Next-Generation Therapeutics – Delivery Systems', hosted by NIPER-Raebareli. Her presentation, titled “Development of Self-Assembling RNA Nanoparticles for Targeted Drug Delivery,” showcased innovative research focused on creating advanced RNA-based nanocarriers designed for precise, targeted drug delivery. 

Dr. Abhishek Dey got the Best oral presentation award in the Young Scientist Conclave of India International Science festival 2024 held at IIT-Guwahati from 30 Nov 2024 - 3 Dec 2024. 

Dipali has been awarded the Silver Medal in the Master of Science program in Biotechnology at NIPER-Raebareli, recognizing her outstanding academic excellence. This achievement highlights her dedication and expertise in the field of biotechnology. 

Sakshi, has been selected as one of the five winners under the Faculty & Student Category in the AMRIT Grant Challenge, funded by Boehringer Ingelheim through their Corporate Social Responsibility initiative. Her innovative proposal was selected through a competitive evaluation held at FIRST. 

Four Ph.D. research scholars from our laboratory- Sakshi, Dipali, Aman and Kushal presented their work at the EMBO Conference titled “RNA–Protein Complexes: From Molecular Assembly to Physiological Functions and Disease,” held at CSIR–NCL, Pune, from 24th to 28th February 2025. Their participation provided valuable scientific exposure and interaction with experts in the field. All four scholars received full registration fee waivers from EMBO. 

Dipali Donagre, PhD Scholar, and M. Shivani Reddy, Master’s student, received the Best Poster Presentation Award at BioNext 2025 – National Conference on Biologics and Biosimilars as Therapeutics. The conference was organized by NIPER Raebareli and held at Hotel Holiday Inn, Lucknow, during 18–19 December 2025. The award was conferred in recognition of the quality, originality, and scientific relevance of their research presented in the poster session. The conference witnessed participation from researchers, academicians, and industry professionals from across the country.
