Technical Data: Basic device information and diagnostic crash logs to improve app stability and performance.

To organize visit schedules and maintain client appointment records.
To generate service slips, supply bills, and tax invoices.
To manage local office inventory, item pricing, and counter billing ledgers.
To automate desk booking confirmations via local notification assistance.

Offline-First Local Storage: All practice records, client entries, and financial ledgers are stored strictly on your local device's offline database. We do not upload your data to external servers.
Zero Data Selling: We do not sell, rent, trade, or share any personal, client, or financial records with third parties.
Data Protection: Industry-standard security practices and passcode safeguards protect your local records against unauthorized access.

5. Permission Usage

Camera: Used strictly for scanning desk QR codes and UPI payment QR codes.
Notification Access: Used solely to detect booking messages for automatic calendar scheduling.
Contacts: Used optionally to select client contact numbers for billing and appointment reminders.
Storage: Used to save and export PDF invoices, receipts, and billing summaries to local storage for sharing.

6. User Control & Data Deletion

Users retain complete ownership of their records. You can view, modify, or permanently delete any client entry, invoice, or local backup directly within the application settings.
