Please note that physical examinations are limited compared to face-to-face visits, which may affect the assessment of certain conditions.

Limitations and Risks:

• Potential breaches in data privacy or confidentiality despite security measures. 

• The doctor's responsibility is limited to the conclusion of the telemedicine consultation. In urgent situations, the doctor will advise referral to the nearest hospital for immediate care. 

Patient Responsibilities and Rights:

• Share personal data with the clinic for scheduling and billing purposes. 

• Do not record or share consultation details, in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012. 

• Request non-medical staff to leave the consultation room. 

• Terminate the consultation of physician-patient relationship at any time. 

• Obtain a copy of information collected during the consultation.
