May (2026) Doctoral Final Dissertation: Mr. Arif presented a doctoral final dissertation titled “Towards Robust Pathological Analysis of Cancer: Multi-Class Subtyping and Survival Prediction from Whole Slide Images,” focusing on advancing computational pathology using foundation models, weakly supervised learning, and multiple-instance learning. The research develops AI-driven frameworks for cancer subtyping, prognosis, and survival prediction from whole-slide pathological images, aiming to support more accurate and clinically meaningful cancer analysis.
