Md Ariful Islam Mozumder

I am a dedicated researcher at Smart Computing Laboratory (SCLab) and a full-time graduate research student (BS, MS, PhD) mentor at the Institute of Digital Anti-Aging Healthcare, Department of Computer Engineering, and Department of AI & Software Engineering, Inje University, Gimhae, Republic of Korea. My academic and research journey focuses on artificial intelligence in medical image analysis, digital pathology, computer vision, and healthcare innovation, with a strong emphasis on weakly and semi-supervised learning and foundation models. 

 Alongside my academic role, I am also working as a consultant in R&D at HUMS LAB (AI R&D Company), Gimhae, Republic of Korea, where I contribute to the development of AI-driven healthcare solutions, bridging academia and industry. Over the years, I have authored and co-authored multiple peer-reviewed publications in AI for healthcare, particularly cancer research, and have received best paper awards in international conferences.

 I am passionate about mentoring students, advancing AI technologies, and fostering collaborations that connect cutting-edge research with real-world applications.
