I have completed my Ph. D. from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, Bhopal India (an institute of national importance). I have done my Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology Allahabad India, (an institute of national importance). I have done my M.Sc. in Computer Science from Jiwaji University, Gwalior India and my B.Sc. with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from Jiwaji University, Gwalior India. I have also qualified UGC NET in Management( A national level test to determine eligibility for college and university level lecturership for Indian nationals).

Dr. Kumar is an experienced Associate Professor with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry. With over 15 years of teaching and research experience while working with various leading Management Institutions, he has written dozens of research papers published in various National and International Journals and participated in various Conferences, seminars and presented his papers in such as IIMs,IIT, Symbiosis etc.My Career objective is to work in an organization where I can grow with the organization by using my skills and knowledge.
