Dr. Amrita Das is an Assistant Professor in Chemistry at Christ University, India. She is an expert in the fields of synthetic organic chemistry, catalysis, flow chemistry, and medicinal chemistry.

About Dr. Amrita Das
Amrita Das received her M.Sc. degree from IIT Hyderabad (2014) in India. She received her Ph.D. from Kyushu University under the supervision of Prof. Takashi Ohshima in 2017. She then joined Prof. Shu Kobayashi’s group as a postdoctoral researcher, where she worked until September 2019. In February 2020 she joined Prof. Chatani’s group as a postdoctoral researcher and was further promoted as specially appointed Assistant Professor in the same group until December 2021. She then worked in the group of Prof. Johannes Teichert, Germany as a postdoctoral researcher from June, 2022-May, 2023. She started her independent career as an Assistant Professor in June 2023 at Christ University, India.
