Pinnacle is a platform created by the students themselves and has held discussions on a wide variety of issues of significance to the society. Pinnacle is purely a non-political and non-profit organisation. It was done to fill the vacuum on a students' led initiative in the university for academic discussions.

1. To build a community of knowledge seekers in Goa University that engages in activities that helps a member grow academically.
2. To offer a platform where everyone's views and ideas are freely discussed and debated upon.
3. To consistently advise and recommend reforms for the betterment of students' welfare.
4. To encourage diverse ideas in order to help build an inclusive culture and a knowledge driven ecosystem in the university.
5. To create a repository of the various events organised by the forum which will be accessible to the public.
A. This association at no point of time will take the shape of a political party for student elections or otherwise, neither its board members will bring their ideological leaning to the body.
B. The body will always try to be neutral and give platform to ideas across the spectrum. Club's role will mainly be to discuss, debate, present, recommend and advise on various topics.
C. The forum will respect all the university rules and regulations and at no point will indulge in an activity that goes against the laws of the land.
D. If in doubt about any particular issue or a topic, the body may approach experts/professors in the field for advice.
E. Views shared during the forum will be independent in nature and university nor any department will be responsible for any position taken by any one individual or organisation as a whole.
F. Any part of the statute will be open to modify or change on the condition of it being passed by an absolute majority of the Non-Executive Arm of the Club however above objectives and guidelines will remain unalterable till the time this forum/club exists.
M. The executive board will mainly consist of students (Temporary body). While the non-executive board will be having selected ex-students. (Permanent body)
N. Professor and Alumni will be part of the advisory board.
O. The board would also allow membership for distinguished citizens of the state and therefore will join as an honorary member.
P. Club membership will be free and open to current as well as past students, professors, staff of the Goa University.
Q. The body can seek external sponsorship and donations to fund its activities apart from university sources.
R. The theme for the activities held by this club must be relevant to the subject of the department.
S. Executive body will have a tenure of one academic year. While the non-executive, which will also be a parent body of the whole organisation will remain in operation for 4 years.
