DPORT Pro Skimboarder is developed and published by DPORT Corporation. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it.
1. No Personal Data Collection
DPORT Pro Skimboarder operates as an offline-capable 3D sports game. We do not collect, store, transmit, or sell any personally identifiable information (PII), location data, contacts, microphone audio, camera data, or device identifiers.
2. Local Device Storage
Game progress—including unlocked trophies, personal best trick records, custom skimboard designs, and rider outfits—is saved locally on your device using standard browser/application local storage. You can reset this data to zero at any time using the in-game Reset button inside the Trophies menu.
3. Optional Local & Room-Code Multiplayer
When you choose to host or join a Multiplayer session or 2:00 Pro Heat, the game transmits only temporary in-game rider coordinates, display names, and heat scores between players in that active session. No multiplayer history or personal data is permanently stored or shared with third parties.
4. Children's Privacy
Our application does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
