Davette Dambacher is a proud native of Tuolumne County, California, where she was raised in the charming town of Sonora. Cherishing the small-town environment that has been the backdrop for raising her own family, Davette's journey has been marked by resilience and dedication.
Following a period of personal hardship—navigating the challenges of divorce, adjusting from being a stay-at-home mom for eight years, and embracing the complexities of co-parenting and blending a family—Davette took a decisive step towards a new chapter. In 2014, she embarked on her legal education while working part-time with a local attorney. What began as a part-time role quickly evolved into a full-time commitment, leading her to rapidly ascend the legal career ladder. She took on the responsibility of running the law firm, playing a key role in its expansion to include three attorneys and collaborating closely with both legal professionals and support staff to ensure client success.
In 2017, after the birth of her fourth child, Davette realized a deep-seeded desire to be more present for her family while also seeking to make a meaningful impact in her community. She felt called to address the gap in affordable legal services for those who could not afford the high costs of traditional legal representation. Motivated by the needs of her small community and supported by her close friend, Attorney Charles Stoner, Davette took a bold step forward and became a Legal Document Assistant.
In 2019, Davette founded D & P Legal Document Services, driven by her vision to provide a more affordable alternative for legal assistance in her community. Through this endeavor, she has poured her passion into helping individuals navigate the often daunting and unfamiliar terrain of the legal field. Over the past five years, Davette’s mission has been to offer her customers both legal knowledge and compassionate support, guiding them towards achieving the best outcomes for their new life paths.
Davette Dambacher’s journey reflects her personal values and her deep love for her community, as she continues to build a business that embodies her commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of those around her.
