If west of Omaha Eppley (KOMA), plan to Denver Centennial Airport (KAPA).
If east of Omaha Eppley (KOMA), plan to Spirit of Saint Louis Airport (KSUS).
According to the ACS, "on the day of the practical test, the final flight plan shall be to the first fuel stop, based on maximum allowable passengers, baggage, and/or cargo loads using real-time weather."
If you determine you will need to stop for fuel before reaching KAPA/KSUS, then only detail the flight plan Navigation Log to your fuel stop destination.

Prepare all required preflight preparation items per FAA 91.103 based on actual real-time weather for the proposed flight time.
Generate at least one preflight briefing to discuss. Acquire a briefing from an Aviation Weather provider such as Flight Service, AviationWeather.gov, Foreflight, etc. Candidates are encouraged to bring an electronic or printed briefing packet.
Pre-calculate all performance data available in the aircraft POH. Base all calculations on the actual real-time weather at the time of testing and not the day before weather.

Obtain familiarity with the aircraft maintenance logs and be prepared to determine airworthiness. Bring a list of each inspection completion date/time and next due date/time.
Bring the aircraft Airworthiness and Registration documents, a photo will be sufficient.
Bring a decoded list of the Written Knowledge Test PLT Codes for all questions missed.
