Plumbing Estimator/Project Manager

Established plumbing contractor seeking full-time estimator/project manager to join our team. Qualified candidate must possess 5 years commercial plumbing experience and 3 years small to mid-scale plumbing estimating/project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate estimates

• 1st line of communication between the GC and our field team in ensure proper execution/completion of project

• Resolve issues and discrepancies to avoid cost inefficiencies and delays

• Account for all extra billable work

• Coordinate with other trades

• Coordinate with other team members to efficiently allocate manpower

Requirements

• 5 years commercial plumbing experience

• 3 years small to mid-scale commercial plumbing estimating/project management

• Knowledge of construction process

• Good communication skills

• Good organizational skills

• Good computer skills

• Ability to learn computer apps, proficiency in Word and Excel

• Valid driver’s license
