manage screen time and sleep schedules.

our servers. The app’s settings (e.g., bedtime, wake time, and your blocked

app list) are stored on your device. If you choose to contact us by email, we

receive the information you include in that message (such as your email address

and message content).

How We Use Information:

    - On‑device settings are used only to provide app features (e.g., app

blocking and reminders).

    - Emails you send are used to respond to your request or feedback.

Data Sharing: We do not sell your data. We do not share personal information

with third parties except as required by law or to protect our rights.

Third‑Party Services: The app may use Apple system frameworks (e.g., Screen

Time/Family Controls, Mail, Safari) to deliver features. Apple may process data

under its own terms and privacy policy.

Data Retention: On‑device data remains on your device until you delete it or

uninstall the app. Emails you send are retained as long as needed to support

you, then deleted or archived per our operational needs.

Security: We rely on operating system protections and reasonable safeguards. No

method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children’s Privacy: The app is not intended for children under 13. If you

believe a child provided us personal information via email, contact us and we

will delete it.

Your Choices: You can manage or delete app data in settings or by uninstalling

the app. You can contact us to request deletion of any information you emailed

to us.

Changes to This Policy: We may update this policy. The “Effective Date” will

reflect the latest version.
