27.11 Opt-Out. Your opt-out notice must be individualized and must be sent from the email address associated with your individual Zoom account. Your notice to opt-out must include your first and last name, address, the email address associated with your Zoom account, and an unequivocal statement that you decline this Arbitration Agreement. If you do decide to opt out, that opt out will apply to this Arbitration Agreement and all previous versions thereof, and neither party will have the right to compel the other to arbitrate any Dispute. However, all other parts of this Arbitration Agreement will continue to apply to you, and opting out of this Arbitration Agreement has no effect on any other arbitration agreements that you may enter into in the future with us.

When I join a meeting with my iPad which I use to study the video zooms in on my face really close which is making me super uncomfortable. Like, when I turn the video on, everyone literally can see how the camera moves closer and closer in the first few seconds, also it has a weird tilt. How to I fix this? I try to use my computer as the problem doesn't occur there but as soon as it's raining, the internet doesn't work and I have to switch to the tablet. How can I fix this? Googling "turn off the zoom in a zoom call" or something similar really isn't helpful. In the touchbar on your macbook, select the presentation mode icon, in presentation mode you are able to zoom in/out, do either of these to assure the artboard is no longer in the same position. Then simply exit presentation mode! Problem should be fixed!

I have the same issue with my Mac. So far I have just been restarting my Mac to fix it but I am finding the 2 finger pinch and spread to zoom in and out has stopped working more frequently and I am getting tired of constantly having to restart my Mac every time I want to fix the issue.

I found it happening after I started using my Huion drawing tablet. If I unplug the tablet's USB when not in use, then I don't have the problem with the pinch zoom. If I leave the USB plugged into my computer, then the pinch zoom stops working. Hope this helps.
