Previously to get a loan paypal needs to look at how much money comes through your PayPal account. This used to include your credit card sales run through paypal and ebay sales since they ran through paypal as well. Now that ebay no longer uses paypal those sales do not count anymore.

For 3 years I have been using paypal here to run card transactions and the sales going through there would be used to figure out your eligibility for a loan. Now that paypal here is discontinued everyone is forced to migrate over to paypal zettle.

Here's the catch for the loans. Starting today paypal will NOT look at ANY of your previous PayPal here sales to judge if you are eligible they will ONLY look at sales made through Zettle. Well that is insane cause I used Here for 3 years and just got my Zettle reader last week. It makes ZERO sense that paypal can't look at previous sales WHEN IT ALL IS STILL GOING TO THE SAME PAYPAL ACCOUNT.

I talked to a working capital rep today and they said there is no way for them to be able to manually review an account for a loan. If the "algorithm" says you dont qualify theres nothing they can do. Even though I've taken and paid off 4 working capital loans their algorithm only looks at my 3 weeks of Zettle sales and says "nope not enough sales for a loan" well duh of course I don't have enough sales If your only looking at zettle.

I use regular paypal online and Zelle thru my banks mobile app. Both work perfectly for me. PayPal can be used so many ways, direct payment by customer to your username handle or your PayPal Me handle or request & send or invoice. You can also put a PayPal link on your webpage that goes directly to your website.

I want to connect my zettle card reader to my android pos devices and in the back office> settings > payment types > add payment type. There is no such option as zettle which it says in the video. (Update) I think I found the reason why this is happening. The account was originally opened in Pakistan so it doesn't have the correct country of registration.
