I have a reactive German Shepherd mix rescue. Today I let her out in a new yard where there are dogs on the other side of the fence. As she approached the fence, just before she reacted, her tail was straight up and quivering. Does anyone know what that means? After the reaction she ran back to me and jumped all over me as she usually does when she is nervous.
