If you have done everything you can to ensure deliverability (such as Sender Authentication), there is still a chance your emails can get blocked. SendGrid (like all email senders) use a Shared IP address to send emails, if this IP goes on a Blacklist somewhere, then certain email providers may block it.

I have a Sendgrid Pro account and an IP with a great send reputation (99%) but the emails still get marked by hotmail and yahoo as spam or thrown into the junk folder all the time! So it is not worth the upgrade at all!

I argued that I had a reputation of 99%, and they told me that in my plan, the ip was shared, and some people who shared ip with me, can send spam, so outlook could flag my emails outlook as spam too.

Already made sure that Thunderbird is configured to download / view all emails in IMAP and there is no pruning going on (i.e. no date range limitations in any settings I can find). Also, the Inbox email file size is only 635MB - well below the 4GB limit. The amount of emails in the folder is an exact 10,000 emails.

Friendly FYI. Yahoo and ymail are pretty bad from a security and privacy standpoint. Maybe you've had the account forever, but I'd recommend a gmail or outlook account over Yahoo any day. I'd use a yahoo mail account for junk and nothing more.

I have never had problems with Yahoo emails until I updated my anti virus on my HP desktop (windows). Yahoo will let me attach documents from my desktop and send them, but it will not let me preview them before sending them off. It is the same when I receive emails. I have to download the attachment before looking at it, isntead of just previewing it and decide whether I need it or not. It is very frustrating. I have updated my chrome browser, tried another browser, took my anti virus off and fire wall off, restarted my desktop. Basically all the advice I have read on google. The only thing I did not wish to try was deleting an extension in Chrome "McAfee webadviser", which manages my downloads. When I go to preview a word document I have attachment to an email for example, it says "we are having trouble previewing this file" and I have to actually download it onto my computer to view it which I do not need to do as it is already on my computer.Sometimes I like to just click on an attachment in the yahoo app to check I have added the correct attachment as i own my own business.

I am receiving my Yahoo mail on all my Apple devices - phone, watch, MacBook Pro - but not on my iMac. All the mail settings are correct. Solved. In Mac Mail - Go to Add Account and Select "Other". When prompted for email / password - enter your yahoo email address. For password - go to Yahoo Security Page ( ) and Generate App Key. (Generate and manage app passwords) Use this 16 character code as password.

For the past 4 days Ive had this problem. NO images showing in my Yahoo mail, but they were in all my other browsers. So I did as Flamehold mentioned above (one at a time) and then checked my email. After I shut off the brave shields for Yahoo mail the images are back again. I really dont remember turning them on OR off before, or messing with shields before. Although the gmail/yahoo/adobe documentation has been helpful, I feel like I have not found docs on what this means for Operational emails, critical comms that need to send to records who have unsubscribed. With the one-click unsubscribe and abuse/complaint measures in place, I wonder if operational sends will suffer the most from negative user results. Has anyone dug into this yet?
