Most of the settings you'll want to change in Windows 8.1 and Windows RT 8.1 are in PC settings. You'll find settings for screen resolution, adding and removing devices, personalizing the lock screen, changing the date and time, and adding user accounts.

There are several default Windows settings that slow you down and limit your productivity.
