Can I Apply Peel and Stick Wallpaper On A Textured Surface?

Peel and stick wallpaper is not recommended for textured walls. We always recommend that you apply our peel and stick wallpaper to a smooth, clean surface that is in good condition. The surface should also be primed and painted with semi-gloss, satin, or eggshell finishes. However, there are customers who have found ways to use our peel and stick wallpaper for textured walls and love the final result. We recommend testing your unique surface first with a sample.

What are the recommended surfaces for Tempaper?

Peel and stick wallpaper is recommended for smooth surfaces that are in good condition and that have been primed and painted with eggshell, satin, or semi-gloss paints. This type of wallpaper can stick to stair risers, furniture, ceilings, and more.

How do you remove Tempaper peel and stick wallpaper?

It is very easy to remove Tempaper peel and stick wallpaper! To remove, start by lifting any corner and slowly peel away from the surface. It helps to remove outlet covers, switch plates, and any hardware before you get started. Tempaper will remove cleanly without leaving any sticky or messy residue behind.

This item is custom made to order product. Quadrille sends out random samples of its fabrics and wallpapers that will show the full design of the item. Each production is considered its own dye-lot and may or may not match the sample you received. If you require an exact dye lot match you need to put in a custom order that requires additional costs an up-charge fee and a strike off fee would be required. Quadrille produces fabrics and wallpapers weekly generally the dye lots are similar to samples sent out but as with art each time a production is made it is considered its own dye lot.

We regret that we cannot accept returns other than manufacturers defect or shipping damage. The fabric, wallpaper, or trim is cut specifically for you and is considered a special order. If you have a defect or shipping damage please contact us by email or phone at 1-480-219-1487 and we will get a replacement order started for you. We will issue a call ticket for the defective merchandise and get a new order shipped out right away. If there is no stock available, a full refund will be issued. What is a wallpaper memo sample?

We offer memo samples on wallpapers which is a random dyelot of the item. Please note that manufacturers do not offer cutting for approval's on wallpapers just memo samples only.

This all-over wallpaper design features stylised leaves and branches in a monochromatic scheme. Available in three subtle colourways, this design is the perfect choice for using a backdrop for displaying artworks and statement furniture pieces in hallways and living rooms.

A batik pattern influenced by the ancient Indonesian art of drawing and dyeing with wax. Traditional pod shapes and intricate tear drops form this print, with a vintage style inspired by the bohemian fashion of the Woodstock era. Shown here in the Cobalt colourway.

The traditional batik block technique is based on individual hand-carved wooden blocks. These are dipped into beeswax and pushed onto the paper surface to create the pattern profile in wax. Paint is then applied to the paper. The wax-treated areas will not absorb the paint and, once the wax is removed, a single colour pattern is produced. To create multi-colours patterns, it is necessary to repeat this process many times.

The beautiful sheets individually produced by Le Monde Sauvage have a delicate surface, their batik prints providing a wonderful shine. This is the result of a centuries-old technique that can only be performed on paper-based surfaces. As a result, this wall dcor is neither washable nor scrubbable. As water vapour or droplets would damage its delicate surface, it is not suitable for wet rooms such as bathrooms or kitchens.
