Then press and hold the star(*) key on the remote until the red light on the remote lights up constant, then PRESS OK

now the stb enters pairing mode, enter the 3 numbers shown on the tv and Viola !!! Youre Done !

We took a videocon connection in June 2019. In the 1st week of August,we started facing issue with original remote control,it stopped sensing the D2H. we were told that it will cost 275 for changing the remote control. When the Videocon engineer visited and checked,he just repaired the original remote and took his visiting charge 200 Rs. That time we asked him to give us the mew remote also but he Refused again and again. he said i will have to pair the remote again anyway. So we didnt ask for the new remote.Now again we started facing this issue within 1 week only, and it is giving us the same old issue. Now again Videocon customer care will take 275 Rs. for the new remote. My question is why there is no warranty of remote control and why customer should bear the same cost again if the issue has occured within 2 months. There should be a fixed timeline that customer will not have to pay the cost if it is giving issue within 1 year...Is there any guarantee that this time I will pay the amount and it will not give me any issue within 2 days? Now we understood This engineer came to our house deliberately refused to give the 2nd remote so that he can get extra 200 Rs. next time. Just disgusting. I dont know if this complain has any effect on videcon customer care,just wanted to tell everyone to be careful of such scandals to earn money in form of visiting charges.

i order for a new remote from videocon the company is always telling you will get it within 24 hours . i order it on 28 may and today is 2 june still the company is telling you will get it in 24 hours . very 3rd class service frm videocon d2h . i am now removing it and getting a new connection. 2351a5e196
