As the title says, I have deleted a few photos from my phones gallery, however when I open other apps such as Instagram and Facebook Messenger and go to upload an image, I am still able to see (and upload) the photos that I have deleted.

I have tried clearing the caches from the gallery app and the social media apps where they are showing but they are still there. I have updated all Apps in question and tried restarting my phone but its still showing.
