Hello, I was wondering who would i have to check with in order to have someone test the CPU I currently have to be able to run windows 11. I think my CPU has the requirements needed to run it, but it isn't on the compatibility list, and I don't know who I have to speak with to see if I could possibly have someone recommend adding this CPU to the compatibility list. If someone from Microsoft can answer that would be better. So, the CPU I currently have is AMD Ryzen 3 2200G with Radeon Vega Graphics 3.50 GHz. It also has 4 cores.

i had some problems with my vega too. Did you try to passthrough only the graphic card without the Vega audio? SpaceinvaderOne says in it's videos, that you need to pass through both GPU IDs (VGA/Sound) to get it to run. This, for instance, was true for my GTX970 and for my RX570, but with Vega nothing would boot correctly when i try to pass through its audio. Can you give it a try?

The Sapphire RX580 Pulse 8GB is an amazing card. Get one of those for 1/2 the price of VEGA, works amazing with unraid, osx mojave and windows 10. THe fans even shut down when not needed unlike the vega. Geebench opencl gave me a 130,000 score with RX580 and 160-170,000 with VEGA, so for double the price and nightmares and constant fan it wasnt yielding double the score anyway... For windows i installed 18.9.3 driver and i can play various steam and halo forge no problems.

somewhat good news: with a bootcamp windows install, the Vega 64 performs as expected for cycles gpu rendering (bmw27 render in under 2 minutes). however, sorting the drivers for the egpu under bootcamp gets quite dicey. macOS Mojave apparently made things worse, as well as my particular situation of having an internal amd card on the MacBook Pro. the key is to get the windows installation all set up, then delete the amd driver installed for the internal gpu, and only then plug in the egpu which will download its own drivers without conflict. also I think the egpu will only accelerate an external display plugged directly into the graphics card.
