"U Remind Me" is a song by American singer Usher. "U Remind Me" was written by Edmund "Eddie Hustle" Clement and his sister Anita McCloud and planned to be recorded by Clement's Hustle Child at one time or another.[2] When his manager Mark Pitts, then vice president of A&R at Arista Records, began shopping their demo of the song, it fell into the hand of L.A. Reid who thought it would be an excellent song for Usher's third studio album.[2] While Clement acknowledged that it was "tough to let the song go," Reid guaranteed them the song would be selected as the album's first single from 8701,[2] and sent the track to Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis to revamp parts of it.[3] In an interview with MTV News, Jimmy Jam commented: "It wound up being the perfect song for Usher. I've been scouring the internet for this song with no luck. I wouldn't call it a cover of "U remind me" as the female artist is actually responding to Usher in her version of the song. With lyrics like, "You remind me of a boy that I once knew."

I think the lyrics are similar to Snoh Aalagra's version, if not the same. But the song I'm thinking of had pretty much the same beat as the original with what sounded like a slight reduction in recording quality.

Second it shows that Mr. Guy is quite shallow, he can't seem to focus on what a great person Miss Lady is. The only thing he can think of is "she has green eyes and brown hair as that slut that used me did." And maybe it's me, but I find this attitude Mr. Guy has, just as horrible and ignorant as Miss Chick did.
