What is up with this unminer.exe, the first day it was working fine and the next day literally 24 hours later its not mining anything? Files stayed in same location, no windows update occurred and already have the exe file whitelisted with Windows Defender. Nothing on my side changed, but it has changed and stopped working. It's just spinning as if it's trying to startup...and calculated hash rate is staying on Zero "0"....

Cryptocurrencies don't all work the same way. Some are minable, some aren't. For example, An example of an unmineable cryptocurrency would be Ripple (XRP), Cardano (ADA) and Tether (USDT) aren't minable. Despite this fact, several applications pose as miners for those currencies on Android. ;) Do not be fooled, they are all malicious, if not scams.

It's not the first time that researchers have spotted such miners on Android marketplaces: Lukas Stefanko already noticed some in February. However, the samples below are new and are believed to have been hiding under the radar since May 2018.

Many cryptocurrencies rely upon miners and unMineable is an app that uses the processing power of a personal computer's CPU and GPU to generate digital money. This comes as a reward for validating transactions, a system known as Proof of Work (PoW). A valid concern about any crypto mining app is whether it's safe to use since scams are common with these solutions.

unMineable seems to be trustworthy at the moment. Its Windows app hasn't been flagged as being a scam and there is an active Reddit community with over 6,000 members. unMineable's Android app doesn't do any mining itself. Instead, it keeps track of unMineable mining operations including hashrates, balances, and payments. unMineable refers to its app as an easy miner for beginners, so cryptocurrency pros might want to choose something that has more configuration options. For now, unMineable seems to be a safe way to explore cryptocurrency mining on Windows with an Android app monitor.

With unmineable you are basically mining coins you never could. You can use this site to mine coins that are not mineable at all and mine coins that are normally unmineable with CPUs and GPUs. You are not actually mining SHIB. What you are doing is you are mining ETH on unmineable pool and the pool gets paid in ETH. The pool then automatically converts ETH to SHIB and pays you in SHIB (your preferred reward coin). For automating this process they charge a small fee just like any other mining pools.

You can mine whatever is available on the unmineable list. The profitability for all coins are more or less the same. Basically you are spec mining.
