She had her first taste of yoga backpacking across Nepal and India and went on to explore a variety of yoga styles whilst studying at university, living in Japan and travelling Asia before falling in love with the creativity and organic movement of Vinyasa flow yoga.
After starting regular Vinyasa and Ashtanga practice, Chloe quickly recognised the physical and mental benefits of yoga. She believes that yoga teaches us how to live better -becoming attuned to our bodies and emotions can help equip us with tools to cope with the many demands and stresses of modern life.
