Watch the video below. It will explain how to pair your phone with your SYNC system and walk you through the setup for 911 Assist, downloading your phonebook, turning on the privacy setting, and more.

Thank you for your response. I actually DO have media on AnkiWeb (see screenshot of one of my cards, with images embedded. My computer and mobile app both have synching of images enabled, and I have followed all the guidelines given in the FAQ link you have sent. What should I do? Thank you again.

If any of these conditions occur, try weighing yourself again. If the scale successfully syncs, it may have been a temporary issue that doesn't require further troubleshooting. If the problem persists, try the following tips:

What is unclear is if all cams within an app\account are time synced to the phone time or the server time at the time of sync; and if each cam is then adjusted to the time zone of the router it is on using the GPS data gathered when the cam was installed to that network; or if the cams are using a time server for their sync and then adjusting by IP origin thru the ISP.

Just out of curiosity. When you say you have two locations, do you mean that the three cams above that are not displaying the correct time with your phone are on a different WiFi network and\or ISP than the two shown that are showing the correct time? That the tyme sync issue is geographical location specific? Were these two locations previously in different time zones?

Welcome to the forums and sorry to hear about your issues. EN 10 on Android is known to still have some syncing issues (being slow, sometimes lagging, duplicating notes even while editing on only one device).

Please note, that EN10 has no automatic background syncing. For syncing to take please you have to open the app, sit and wait to run the syncing process with screen being on. This can last minutes if you did several jobs on the web or other clients as the Android client runs through the whole queue of changes since last time running. You can literally watch this queue in the "recent changes" widget on the EN homescreen while syncing is running. This waiting time is by - bad - design.

But why? I mean i dont want to delete the files from my server, but i dont want them synced with my phone all the time and it is not obvious that you delete the files from the phone or directly from the server. Especially since i need the files on the server but not on my mobilephone

I have never selected the option to sync that folder to my phone, I have tried deleting the folder locally both through a file manager and the app but as soon as I take a new photo it syncs back to my phone.

This method was weird the first time I read it a few months back and the only thing I remembered about it now that I was trying again to prevent syncing down to my phone was that it was a pain to find out how to stop the syncing.

The Garmin Connect app needs to run in the background to keep your Garmin device connected with key features such as smart notifications and weather information. This also allows background data syncing to send data from your device to your Garmin Connect account.

If you see a notification indicating that the Garmin Connect app is using battery resources, it is important to know that any Android app that runs in the background will affect your phone's battery life.

My Syncthing installation needed less than a minute to begin the connection and start synchronizing files between windows and the phone. I had over two gigabytes of data that needed to be synchronized to the Computer from the phone. it moved over very quickly as it should have because it was going over the USB cable.

Windows had a valid WiFi connection to the Internet, and it was also connected via USB to the phone. Windows effectively had two paths to sync with the phone and it chose the WAN connection and Not the LAN connection.

As far as I know no files are actually downloaded to your device until you 'Favorite' them. If you want offline access to a file tap the dropdown to the right of the filename and select Favorite. This will keep a permanent copy of the file on your device for offline use, and will sync back when you next go online. Not quite the same as selective sync on the desktop but saves space on your device.

Thus spoke Alan L_ "As far as I know no files are actually downloaded to your device until you 'Favorite' them. "

I use Google Drive and there is no need to "Favorite" (i e star) them

I only need to manually move the files or folders to the GDrive folder, or Upload on the web

The files appear automatically in GDrive in my Samsung Tablet

I think that is a lot easier than the procedure with DB.

You can do selective syncing in GDrive too but that is another procedure.

Would like to continue to use dropbox without needing to remove duplicate photos synching from the cloud onto phone. Another question - how to restore a vanished file containing photos which was unshared and is not showing up in deleted files?

I'm trying to finally completely cut the cord with iTunes but I'm having major difficulties syncing the local files that aren't available on Spotify to my phone. I feel like I've been through every tutorial on here and tried everything and no luck.

I have my local songs in a playlist and they are marked as downloaded on my desktop. On my phone, connected to the same wi-fi, I opened the app and select the download feature. I can see all the songs grayed out, once I hit download, the icon spins and then turns green to mark the playlist as downloaded as if it thinks it was a job well done, while none of the songs downloaded at all.

As for me, I have been fighting to get my local files to sync for years now. In the past, my solution was always different. I went through a series of turning things on/off, signing in/out, firewall on/off, reinstalling, and then doing those things again and again in different orders and until eventually it worked. But it's been two weeks now absolutely nothing works.

The Sync mobile apps include multiple ways to upload files from your phone or tablet. Uploaded files will synchronize to your computer and be available on other connected devices, as well as the Sync.com web panel.

You can add files directly to your Sync account from any other app on your phone, as long as the app supports sharing. On Android look for the (share icon). On iPhone and iPad look for the (share icon). For example:

I had to use a work around which was to use selective sync and chose all but one or two folders of notes to sync the first time. Even then, it was several hundred notes and I had to sit and keep my phone alive for the sync process to complete. Then once done, I had to chose to sync the next folder, and repeat the process of syncing and keeping my mobile phone alive.

I reboot the phone and now Brave is missing from list in Accounts. I click the add button to add Brve, but even in that list Brave is missing on both phones. Confirmed Brave is actually installed and working on both phones though.

The Garmin phone app simply does not sync the watch time on my Fenix 6X Sapphire. The watch will connect to the phone app and pass data, but the watch time is never synced. This is not a bluetooth connectivity issue because the watch will connect to the phone app. It simply will not sync the time. Whatever time error existed before connecting to the phone app (typically drifts 5-7 seconds over a week) remains after the watch has been connected to the watch. In order to sync the time I must use the GPS. ff782bc1db
