The Start Survey Game app is a series of survey questions to answer according to your knowledge or what you feel. It almost feels like doing the same thing over and over again. However, there is something different this time. Your pattern is suddenly disturbed by something sinister.

Thanks, Ron. Looks like I wasn't drilling down far enough. I was going to screen where my downloaded surveys are located and click on the menu option there. There it only gives me the option to 'Reinitialize Database' or 'Delete Submitted Surveys'.

The instructions posted above are how to remove a survey rom the device. If you want to delete a survey entirely (not just on the device, but also delete the form and tables created), you can go to and delete it from there - the options menu for the survey has a 'Delete' entry:

would it make sense to have a message on the mobile device that a survey has been deleted after they survey has been deleted in the browser?

in the same way there is a message to the user that the survey has "updates available".

JTedrick-esristaff I noticed that if you use the shortcut of holding down the survey to go directly to the survey questions. It defaults to the shortcut method. This would make it difficult to delete the survey since it skips the settings page to delete the survey. Only way I can return to the setting page is by creating a draft and pressing the draft # to get to the settings page to delete the survey.

When I open Survey123 on Android I can't open any of my surveys. From the "my surveys" screen all the available surveys ar completely unresponsive to touch. When I try to open up a form from a webmap through the url-scheme it just hangs at the "my surveys" screen as well and doesn't open the form.

I am able to search, download and open surveys created in Connect or Web Designer, as well as opening surveys via URL scheme. Also tested surveys with hundreds of questions and other surveys with Inbox enabled, attachments and media folder files etc. The app is working as expected on the above android devices tested. What is the format of the URL scheme you are using to open the survey in the app, and are you passing in any parameters?

Are you signed into the app (AGOL account) with the same user that downloaded the surveys to device? Have you tried to sign out and back in and then open a survey. Alternatively, sign out, close the app fully from recently open menu, restart device and then open the app and sign in again.

Thanks for the extra information. Was the Survey123 field app working ok on this device before you ran "Samsung's own file-explorer to clean up files". If so, it would appear this tool has corrupted the installation of Survey123 and may have removed required files on the device that are needed. Uninstalling the Survey123 app, restarting the device and then re-installing Survey123 from app store should have resolved the issue however.

Given it appears the clean up tool you ran has corrupted the installation/device and we are not seeing this issue on other android devices, the best and/or only solution may be to hard reset the device and install Survey123 again.

This page provides national and regional data on the number of new housing units authorized by building permits; authorized, but not started; started; under construction; and completed. The data are for new, privately-owned housing units, excluding "HUD-code" manufactured (mobile) homes. The data are from the Building Permits Survey, and from the Survey of Construction (SOC), which is partially funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Local building permit data may be found on the Building Permits Survey webpage.

Hello, It seems that GNSS Reach RS2+ has had an IP conflict with the app. After I received both RS2+ and RS2, I offered them close and started to connect with the same phone, then it starts to work well.

You can go ahead and execute the survey. The survey will end at a screen that thanks you for completing and submitting the survey. Return to your desktop/home screen and click the icon again to begin a new survey.

When setting up your first survey, it's crucial to tailor it to your specific requirements. By customizing your survey, you can make it visually appealing and engage your audience effectively. Furthermore, incorporating logic into your survey ensures that questions are displayed based on specific responses, maximizing efficiency.

Add an introduction text to your question - a great way to provide context and background information to your survey questions. It can help respondents better understand the purpose of the survey and the specific question.

Make sure always to express gratitude to your respondents after you have gathered responses or asked for feedback. Take a moment to thank customers for their feedback sincerely. Let them know that their opinions are valued and appreciated. A simple "Thank you for your feedback" can go a long way in showing your gratitude, but also can improve your survey response rate.

Survey logic allows you to customize the survey experience based on a participant's previous answers. For example, you can use survey logic to show or hide specific questions based on a participant's previous responses. This helps to create a more personalized survey experience for participants, leading to higher response rates and better-quality data.

Survicate offers customization options to enhance the appearance of your surveys, engaging your audience and gathering valuable insights. To customize your survey to the next level, you can add a picture to your survey questions, design a background, color button, answer, etc.

For email/link survey, go to the Share section to copy your survey link and test it live in your browser. You can also test the survey by adding the survey's HTML code to your test email, if you want to see how the survey will look like in the email.

In case of website survey, ensure that tracking code is installed correctly first. Then you can test the survey live on the page where the survey should appear as per your settings. You would need to match all the targeting and audience conditions set in your survey settings.

If you test your survey live, this response will be counted towards your subscription limit. You can later on delete the test responses from the Analyze tab, so they don't influence your survey results.

Launching your survey type is an easy process that will help you collect feedback from your target audience. With the proper planning and preparation, you can create a successful survey launch to help you achieve your desired results.

You can create and share a survey directly via Intercom messenger so that the entire survey is completed within the chat. This lets you engage your customers and keep them inside your app during the survey process.

Your development team should be able to integrate the Alchemer Mobile SDK in about an hour. Send them the list of Events and Custom Data you compiled earlier and the link to the Alchemer Mobile SDK developer documentation, and they should be able to get started right away.

Pinning survey to a home screen on iOS and Android makes it available for quick entry. This is especially useful for survey that need to be filled in on a regular basis. This must be done before answering any questions:

To reduce bias and ensure a greater distribution of visitor responses, Sprig uses a leaky bucket algorithm to prevent a survey from collecting all of its responses immediately and completing. When more responses come in over a shorter period of time, Sprig will automatically reduce the rate at which a survey is sent out. As time increases, this rate will go back up and continue to adjust based on the survey's response rate.

When multiple surveys rely on the same event trigger, Sprig will automatically rotate through each survey to ensure that each survey is seen and is collecting responses at an appropriate rate. Surveys might still collect responses at different rates, due to different filter criteria (e.g. visitor attributes qualifying them) and recontact waiting periods.

For web and mobile surveys that are not manually translated, there are a few UI elements that are automatically translated based on the survey respondent's browser locale language in the case that a Sprig user does not choose to override the placeholder text:

The Interviewer is an app that allows researchers to share surveys with the interviewers. The shared accounts for the interviewers are created using Snap XMP Online. When the interviewers log into the Interviewer app, they see the surveys that are assigned to them.

Snap XMP Online allows you to create shared accounts so you can share selected surveys with clients, colleagues or interviewers. There are four permissions available for a shared account in Snap XMP Online:
