Spy++ is included in the community edition. I had to launch the "Developer Command Prompt for VS2013" and then run the spyxx.exe executable from that command prompt. Searching for "spy++" or "spyxx" in the "Search programs and files" entry box on the (Windows 7) start menu didn't find it.

The spy++ is showing the wndproc in your screen shot (it is probably subclassed; you may need to trace but wndproc is shown in your screenshot as 361c9880 I don't know what the command is in x64 dbg but if you were on ollydbg you simply do ctrl+g (goto) key in the address as shown in spy++ and break and log the messages for filtering.

I downloaded x64dbg and ran 64 bit calc.exe spy++ 32 bit doesn't show wndproc. I cooked a script to alloc a page in process memory of calc.exe and assembled a detour using the script language and fetched the actual WndProc.

To me it seems Windows is skipping redraws of non-OpenGL windows when an OpenGL SwapBuffers takes place regularly in a separate thread. But also in my case, there are things that make this disappear - for example, starting another windows timer refreshing a window every 15ms, or using spy++ as you mention. e24fc04721
