LEGO Beer Song is a 2006 brickfilm by Andreas Friedl and Bernhard Friedl. It is a music video set to a comedic song in celebration of beer.[1] It was one of the most widely seen brickfilms in the very early years of YouTube, and at a point was one of the top search results simply for the word "LEGO".[2] LEGO Beer Song was originally created as one scene in a much longer, unfinished film, shot in 2004.[3]

The melody of The Beer Song is derived from a portion of the 1875 opera Carmen - specifically the part of the Overture that features the theme from the Toreador Song - composed by Georges Bizet. The original artist of The Beer Song appears to be unknown. The song first gained widespread popularity in the early 2000s on filesharing services, where artist names were often incorrect. It has been misattributed to multiple different artists including "Weird Al" Yankovic, Trey Parker and Matt Stone, They Might Be Giants, & Adam Sandler. People often try to correct this information by stating that the song is actually by a group called The Arrogant Worms or by comedian and songwriter Phil Nichol, but according to these artists themselves, they did not create it.[4]

Lego Rock Band's soundtrack has been selected to be "suitable for younger audiences".[1] All songs available in Lego Rock Band are compatible with previous entries in the Rock Band series and until 2014, could be exported to these games for $9.99 along with the use of a unique code included on a paper insert included in the game case.[2][3][4]

When Lego Rock Band was officially announced on 21 April 2009, only five songs were confirmed to be included: "Song 2" by Blur, "Kung Fu Fighting" by Carl Douglas, "The Final Countdown" by Europe, "Girls & Boys" by Good Charlotte, and "So What" by Pink.[1] Wired published leaked information from "a highly-placed source close to Harmonix" on 31 August, which included the names of thirteen songs which would be included in Lego Rock Band.[5] Additional songs were officially announced closer to the game's release date, including "The Passenger" by Iggy Pop and "Let's Dance" by David Bowie.[6] The full setlist was revealed on 12 October.[7]

Lego Rock Band also supports existing downloadable content from the Rock Band series, as well as songs exported from other Rock Band titles that has been "identified to be suitable for all ages", except in the Wii version; however, songs released after Rock Band 3 are not compatible with Lego Rock Band.[8][9] The Lego Rock Band Music Store only includes Rock Band songs which have been cleared for use in the game. Also, any exported content from the original Rock Band and its Track Packs deemed "Family Friendly" can be used in the game. Users do not need to be signed in to use content that was downloaded on another account, as long as it is on the same console system, thus allowing a child's account to access the filtered set of music from a parent's account library.[10]

"Lego House" is a song by English singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran. It was released on 11 November 2011 as the third single lifted from his debut studio album + (pronounced "plus") of 2011.[1] It was released as the second single in the US on 11 February 2013.[2] It was written by Sheeran, Jake Gosling and Chris Leonard, and produced by Jake Gosling.

The song received its first radio play on Zane Lowe's BBC Radio 1 show on 8 September 2011[3] and was Sheeran's first song to make the BBC Radio 2 playlist. The remix featuring P Money premiered on MistaJam's BBC Radio 1Xtra show on 30 September 2011. The music video stars Rupert Grint, as a play on his physical resemblance to Sheeran.[4] The song did well worldwide, reaching top five on Australia, Ireland, New Zealand, and the UK Singles Chart, and top fifty on other countries including United States.

According to the sheet music published by Jordan James EMI Music Publishing, "Lego House" is a bass song written in the key of B major; Sheeran's vocals range from the note of B2 to G#4. Instrumentation is provided by guitar and piano.

The song peaked at No. 5 in its sixth week on the singles chart in the United Kingdom.[5] As of September 2017, the song has sold 812,000 copies in the United Kingdom, which together with 29 million streams give a total of 1,105,000 in combined units.[6]

The video's narrative seemingly portrays Grint as Sheeran, performing such activities as writing song lyrics on a pad of paper, lounging in his tour bus, and ultimately going onto the stage for a cheering crowd. However, after he takes the stage, security immediately tackles him, and Grint is slowly revealed to be in fact an obsessive fan of Sheeran, and the events of the video turn out to be him stalking the real Sheeran with increasing severity and mental instability (writing the song was transcribing lyrics from the album booklet, and lounging in the bus was him breaking into it). The video ends with the two running into each other as Grint is forcibly removed from the music venue and Sheeran comes out of a lift on his way to perform.[4]

Ok so my friend and i are playing to do the endless setlist in this game once i get it, and we want to know what the hardest songs for guitar and bass are on expert, just so we can get a feel for how "hard" this game really is.

For guitar there are a couple of songs that are tricky. You can't fail in LRB like in the other games, otherwise I would say Kung Fu Fighting is the hardest pass. It has really funky syncopation rhythms throughout. The main riff is .:;.;..;..; , so you need to be able to strum at the same speed, but hit the three note chords on downstrums and upstrums. Naive is the same way, but a little less difficult.

If you are more comfortable with complex rhythms and are asking about the hardest lead parts, it would be Short and Sweet. That's the only song that has difficult lead throughout. Final countdown is a tough solo to FC, but not very hard to BS through. It's got zigzags that change position, but the rest of the song is really pretty easy.

although vocals can be an opinion on which song is the hardest (i personally found shacklers revenge on rb2 one of the hardest songs in the game on vox), i have seriously never found anything harder pitch matching than dig by incubus. the song is crazy hard, and i dunno what you are saying about we will rock you (srfc'd loleasy) but it took me a good 4 tries to even gold star dig, and ive fgfc'd rb2 on vocals

The music industry sees generative AI tools that can create music that sounds like a specific artist as a real threat to business. In response to the fake Drake AI song, UMG issued a statement publicly encouraging digital service providers not to let generative AI tools train on music issued by their artists. UMG considers this a violation of copyright law.

Batman doesn't have too many weaknesses. After 80 years, the iconic superhero has overcome pretty much every attempt to break him. He's survived explosions and having his back broken, and even returned after being blasted outside of the time stream. That's part of what makes "Gotham Guys," one of the songs from The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part, so funny.

The song comes after many of the heroes from The LEGO Movie have been captured and brought to the Systar System. Although Benny (Charlie Day), Unikitty (Alison Brie) and Metalbeard (Nick Offerman) are all quickly taken in by the promises made by Queen Watevra, Batman and Lucy (Elizabeth Banks) are more hesitant. While General Mayhem (Stephanie Beatriz) takes Lucy to be reconditioned, by pop music, Watevra invites Batman to a candlelight dinner. There, she reveals she wants to marry someone from Apocalypseburg (the Mad Max-inspired new home to the former citizens of Bricksburg) to unite their kingdoms, and bring peace to the universe.

Batman initially resists her plan, but his tune changes when Watevra reveals she's OK with not marrying him specifically. Almost immediately jealous of someone being "better" than him, the Caped Crusader asks her who could possibly be a better husband. Watevra breaks into a song about how what she wants is a real superhero -- someone with strength, charm and actual superpowers. She spends most of the number complaining about Gotham guys, and how they compare unfavorably to someone like Superman.

That's what makes the song so perfect. It plays on the notion that Batman thinks of himself as the best, and most reliable, person in the world, something that bears out in most (if not all) incarnations of the character. It also leans on how often Superman seems unconcerned with this supposed competition. It's even been utilized by villains, such as when Lex Luthor turned the Dark Knight against the Man of Steel in Batman v Superman. Watevra uses that same tactic to get the supposedly unbeatable Batman to not only give up his plan, but fully take her side. Queen Watevra has figured out the ultimate weakness of the Dark Knight, and it's to play on his ego. Next time Ra's Al Ghul decides to try to take over the world, he should lead with a musical number.

Lyrically, the song is about former labelmate and singer Lady Gaga. In the song, Del Rey addresses Gaga by her real name and says she "sucks" among other insults towards her. When the track leaked, it caused controversy among media outlets such as The Guardian, Metro, Le Figaro, and Huffpost, all referring to the song as a "Lady Gaga diss track".[1][2][3] The song was also discussed by American shock jock Howard Stern on an episode of The Howard Stern Show.[citation needed]

Lana was asked about the song and its context in an interview with Rolling Stone released on July 16, 2014. According to the interview, Del Rey had never met Lady Gaga, although they were part of the same downtown scene.

Bob Leone has also publicly discussed the song with the Daily Mail. After the song leaked, Leone would share that Gaga had reportedly left him "ruined", having not properly rewarded him for helping land her first record deal. According to Leone, Del Rey's lyrics reflect the fury she had towards Gaga regarding the situation.[5] e24fc04721
