the cover/s do not appear in the my games tab the way we normally get to see our games in the my game tab as with sims 4 the game is merged into one game it's not separated like Sims 3 was/is Sims 4 packs are downloaded differently than Sims 3 see crins blog here

I tried what you said and I still can't get items from the sims 4 Vintage Glamour Stuff to show up. Also under Game Pack sorting, I don't see Vintage Glamour Stuff listed. Am I doing something wrong or had this not been add yet to sims 4 studio?

There are a lot of stuff packs, and to buy them in bulk does not seem worth the money, so I have been waiting for a sale on these stuff packs. I knew the Anniversary was coming up and probably a sale, which there was. Everything Sims 4 is on sale. The expansions, even the new one Get Famous, the game packs, the base game is on a huge sale, even the digital download objects are on sale, and bundles are on sale too. So why are the Stuff Packs not on sale?? Except for a random sale for only 1 of them, Laundry Day Stuff. Where is the sale for the stuff packs at? There are so many, a sale is basically necessary to get them.

@Nicksmells34 Sorry for your frustration. I do not work for EA, so I can't answer as to what their reasons are. At least a great many of them are on sale now, so this is very nice. It could be that EA is trying to provide an opportunity for more folks to be able to add the game plus expansion packs since these are more core for adding desired functionality to the game, plus they are the most expensive to add. I hope you find items in the sale that you will enjoy!

@shiverwind That is good news for @Nicksmells34 ! I am a bit confused, though, as I don't see the packs on sale either in Origin /in-game or when I check the (PC/Mac) EA store online. I do see that the stuff packs for console on sale. Are you talking about the PC/Mac game or console game(s)?

@troshalom Only one shows as being on sale for me currently, also. I think that's because either: 1. Different things cycle through being on sale and maybe that't the only one on sale now... or... 2. The other items/packs/expansions currently on sale are ones that I already own (thus they don't show as being on sale.

A content pack[n 1] is an addition to a previously-released "base game". In The Sims series, these packs add new objects and new interactions between Sims, and very often include new neighborhoods, life states, and other features. Content packs cannot be installed or played without first installing the appropriate "base game." Content packs usually follow a theme, with new features, objects, music, and styles tailored to that specific theme. Content packs are known by different names depending on the size of the pack.

An expansion pack is the most significant content pack available. Expansion packs were introduced with The Sims: Livin' Large and have been a staple of the series, with several expansion packs released for The Sims, The Sims 2, The Sims 3 and The Sims 4. Expansion packs tend to focus on major new features, and many objects, clothes, styles, neighborhoods or worlds, and life states are geared towards the pack's major theme.

A stuff pack is a smaller add-on pack which typically includes only new objects and clothes for Sims, though some stuff packs do include gameplay changes.[2][3] Stuff packs originated with The Sims 2, and were released for The Sims 3 as well. Starting with The Sims 4, stuff packs are only available as downloadable content, whereas previous stuff packs were available on physical discs. Stuff packs for The Sims 4 typically include 1-3 objects bringing new gameplay, in addition to clothes and existing objects.

A kit is a very small add-on pack which only adds a few new items, in addition to gameplay changes in some kits. It was introduced in The Sims 4: Bust the Dust Kit. Kits are intended to be smaller than stuff packs, and are only available as downloadable content.

A world pack is both a digital and a physical add-on pack, introduced with The Sims 3 Riverview, which was the only free world pack. World packs add a new world for The Sims 3 with the addition of new objects, clothes and styles. Each world pack also offers a couple of brand new gameplay objects that are geared towards the pack's major theme. They are a part of The Sims 3 Store and can be also purchased with Simpoints. They are sold separately and as a part of Bundles and Starter Packs.

A free pack is a pack that is offered to players free of charge. These are usually smaller than a stuff pack. Only one free pack has been released so far: The Sims 4: Holiday Celebration Pack. The Holiday Celebration Pack was updated with new objects at the same time Patch 27 was released for The Sims 4. They are not to be confused with The Sims 3's free store objects.

A Compilation pack is a collection of one or more individual expansion and/or stuff packs. Bundles, starter packs, and deluxe editions are generally all forms of compilations.

Compilations sometimes, but do not always, contain the base game and one or more expansion packs. This bundling can appeal to people who do not yet own the base game, but are interested in acquiring it and one or more expansions. Compilations are often released several years after the initial release of the games which make up the bundle. The compilation is usually priced closer to that of a full expansion pack, where each of the component expansions or stuff packs would have had its price reduced over time. However, compilations can be released concurrently with the release of one of the component games; this is often simply the new expansion pack paired up with the base game, and sold for a higher price than the expansion alone. Compilation packs typically install all the collected packs simultaneously, eliminating the need to install each pack individually.

An adventure pack is a type of content pack that is unique to The Sims Medieval. Adventure packs are slightly smaller than expansion packs but larger than stuff packs. Currently, the only adventure pack in The Sims series is The Sims Medieval: Pirates & Nobles.

For a stuff pack, I personally feel like this pack comes with a good bit for just under ten bucks USD. For this pack, The Sims teamed up with ArethaBee to create three pieces; one with a snake chain and colorful beads, multiple hooped earrings, and a ring. Of course, there is also a good amount of other jewelry in this pack that I am sure console players and vanilla Simmers are delighted to see!

The Sims 4's Toddler Stuff Pack (stuff packs being the tier of paid DLC that adds cosmetics and objects and things around a particular theme) is how I found out I have opinions about ball pool physics and ball pools as represented in games. I have frequented many a ball pool - sometimes even a ball lido - and I know that The Sims 4 is eliding many a problem with ball pools.

This new stuff pack introduces a variety of things for the Sims. It introduces small appliances, new kitchen sets and new create-a-Sim items. It also allows you to open up a food stand to sell your new creations. Additionally, it comes with new recipes for your Sims to cook.

Paranormal almost beats out Tiny Living for my favourite stuff pack. It plays around with the weird and wacky in a manner that doesn't feel actively intrusive, in the way having Vlad the vampire show up at your house in the middle of the night does. It doesn't throw the supernatural elements in your face like other packs, and has actually made me enjoy the more paranormal aspects of The Sims 4. Vlad can still get in the bin, though.

The Sims 3: High-End Loft Stuff (HELS), or The Sims 3 Design and Hi-Tech Stuff in PAL regions,[1] is the first stuff pack for The Sims 3, and was released on February 2, 2010. It includes high-end furnishings, electronic devices such as televisions, video game consoles, and computers, as well as postmodern designs of bookshelves, tables, and chairs. It contains clothes with a fashion-forward apparel, tailored suits, and sophisticated outerwear. To celebrate the 10th anniversary of The Sims, 3 items from The Sims or The Sims 2 are re-introduced: the heart-shaped vibrating bed, the electric guitar, and the aquarium. This is also the first game of The Sims 3 to include Shop Mode. There is only a single new object for any given category. While there is a new TV and a new bathtub, there is only one new TV and only one new bathtub. Most items featured in this pack are more expensive than items from other stuff packs.

The Sims 3: Fast Lane Stuff (FLS) is the second stuff pack released for The Sims 3. It was officially announced on June 28, 2010[2] and the official release in North America was September 7, 2010.[3] The release date for Europe was September 9. In some places, it was September 10. FLS is centered on cars and the lifestyle of the Sims who drive cars. It features 12 new vehicles and many new objects and styles of clothing, as well as the Vehicle Enthusiast trait. This is the first time a stuff pack has included a new trait. The Vehicle Enthusiast trait enables Sims to have a relationship with their vehicle. The car will appear in the Sim's friends tab and the more a Sim drives a vehicle, the better the relationship becomes. A Sim will eventually be able to name the vehicle. A new radio station called "rockabilly" is added as well.

The Sims 3: Outdoor Living Stuff (OLS) is the third stuff pack for The Sims 3. It was officially announced on December 7, 2010, with an official release date of February 1, 2011.[4] Rumors for the pack began appearing in October 2010. Players can build al fresco settings for their Sims with new furnishings, outdoor electronics, and fire pits and fireplaces. The stuff pack includes highly customizable hot tubs, which have become more interactive. Outdoor cooking is also included, as there is a selection of new stoves for outdoor settings. All items in the set are divided into two styles, Garden on the Terrace and Sunset on the Veranda. It was the first pack to not contain a game manual in the box. All packs released following have not contained user manuals instead containing a small 2 page install sheet with the serial code attached. 0852c4b9a8
