Rocco was born October 9, 1990 in Denver, Colorado. He was an athlete, eventually focusing on baseball. He played for multiple competitive teams, Northglenn High School, Horizon High School, then continuing to play at Otero Junior College in La Junta, CO, and then Luna Community College in Las Vegas, NM. He shared his love for baseball with his family and many memories were made playing, coaching, watching, and talking baseball. Although we have always been blessed to have Rocco, the past year was a true gift. So many laughs and unforgettable moments.

To my very dear and precious Sue, Gina and Joseph, my heart and soul are with you through this most difficult time, and always. God has welcomed your beautuful husband and dad home. He is at peace and his never ending love devotion and incredible spirit lives on inside all of you. We were gifted and privileged to know him. Our love for him will live on in all the happy memories he has gifted his family and friends with. We love you always and forever

Dad , the day to say good bye came way too soon, if I could just ask for just an hour to see you again to laugh to smile to talk and let you know how much I love you. A s you know we are not given time when life comes to an end. We stood by your side and never left you alone . Your memories are what we are now left with. So as I let you go spread your wings and fly for now I have no control. I will always love my dad xoxo

Vacations are the perfect time to develop new and exciting phobias. This year, my nine-year-old, Lucy, spiced up her personality with two hitherto unknown fears. Perhaps she felt left behind by my eleven-year-old, Mae, who got to be scared of storms through the entire month of June. Lucy countered by suddenly being afraid of velocity and open water. Unfortunately, she discovered these fun facts about herself while on a speed boat in the middle of Wisconsin\u2019s largest lake. Our options at that point were limited. She could either face her fears or swim home. What followed was some very wet and loud immersion therapy. When planning this trip, I wanted it to be a vacation the kids would remember. I forgot that traumatic memories last the longest of all. e24fc04721
