And if the issue is getting codes - either try existing drivers as codes rarely change, of if that fails - using a Logitech remote see if they have codes. Between Logitech Harmony and C4 there's not really a device out there worth using that you can't get codes for....Logitech remote, just using the cheapest one, can easily be used to learn codes back to C4.

I spoke to customer services. They told me that I could purchase a small IR board which could be fitted internally in the TV in place of the RF board & of course I would need to purchase a remote control as well to learn the codes etc.

I just got a new cable box and remote. I've tried everything to pair the remote, including talking to support twice and replacing the remote once so far. All the codes suggested by the tv don't work. I tried the A/D button; 991 code; up channel sequence, but the tv never turned off. My last call ended with the guy sending me a third remote, but I can't believe two remotes I've had are both faulty. Any suggestions? The original remote for the tv doesn't work anymore, so I'll have to get up and manually change the volume and power if I can't get this figured out.

I bought the TV in November 2015 from a local game shop. The TV had audio issues (which I have fixed) and had been on the shelf for a bit so they cut me a good deal on the TV. They claimed that guy said he had the remote but they didn't think he would bring it in.

Fast forward to April 2016. I get a call from the local game shop and the guy had brought the remote in and wanted $10-15 for it. I told them to get it and I'll give them $35. Obviously I rushed in the next day to pick up the remote.

I bought the Roku Streaming Stick 4K today and have got it set up, but the remote won't control the power or volume of my Sharp TV. I go through the set up process and it says "unable to set up remote"

This is really annoying as the reason I got the Streaming Stick 4K rather than the express version is specifically for the power and volume controls so I wouldn't need 2 remotes. The TV works fine with the Sky remote so I'm scratching my head trying to figure out what's gone wrong

These are different formats from each other and from what I've been sending and I'm not sure the proper way to pass these through. If someone could point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it. (I tried using GitHub - probonopd/arduino-infrared-pronto: Infrared remote control player using Arduino platform and no luck either)

Today I've logged in thru remote session to my Windows 7 machine for the 1st time. After that I came back and on started working on site (physically on box), bud noticed immediately that my font is strange. I've reassured that ClearType settings are set.I don't know why it happen and how to restore it to be as it was. It's visible ex. on Google Chrome address bar

Hi. How are the devices connected? Have you enabled HDMI-CEC on the TV set and receiver, and the corresponding Control option in Apple TV? When you turn the system on, are you using the Siri remote, or the Remote app on an iPhone?

The Apple TV may need to learn what's out there. Try setting up receiver and TV set to the correct inputs, with Apple TV sleeping. Then wake up Apple TV. Wait until the picture is stable. Then, just for good measure, use the TV remote to view the input selector, see if there's a new "Apple TV" entry, and select it if there is. Then try sleeping and restarting using the Apple TV remote.

Thanks for the response!! I do have my Yamaha receiver plugged into the ARC HDMI slot. The Apple TV is plugged into slot HDMI 5 on the back of my receiver. It wont pick up that its a Apple TV but I will let me rename the hdmi slot if I wanted to but I don't think that will fix the problem. Still not turning on when I hit the Apple TV remote :(

Dedicated buttons on the remote control are used to activate closed captioning (CC), and video description (NRT). Customers can also access video description delivered as SAP by pressing the MTS button on the remote.

Video Description can be turned on or off from within the Accessibility settings by selecting video description on or off or by pressing the NRT button on the remote. For video description programs made available through SAP, press the MTS button on your remote to access secondary audio carrying video description audio.

No setup required for most Sharp (IR) televisions, simply insert the batteries and start using it. It features full learning function allowing you to add any function from any other remote control. Supports all Sharp (IR) TVs including Plasma, LCD and LED models.

[Note]

Logo image transmission and computer cable connection are not possible depending on the projector types.

Use the supplied VGA signal cable for your projector. This function may not work depending on the specifications of your connected computer or your graphics adaptor and the version of your driver.

If you're using some projectors, the remote control button names in this software might not match the input terminal names on each unit.

My Sharp TV (LC55P6000U, G172055) suddenly stopped responding to remote commands with the exception of the power button. Now the onboard controls as well (except power). I did a hard reset on both the TV and the remote. It powers up, but if any button is pressed (whether remote or onboard) a spinning icon (waiting/busy/buffering) appears for a few minutes and then just disappears.

Hello, I'm unsure if you still have your TV. Mines did the same thing the other day. I called customer service today which didn't help. My 20 yr. Old came in the living room while I was on the phone and said did you try to unplug the TV for at least 30 sec. I hadn't done so yet. I just messed with the remote and the TV bottoms. He unplugged it and it's working again.

I have a Phillips RC 1445301 remote and want to control the volume of a Sharp HT-SB300 sound bar connected to a Sony TV. Does anyone have a code? I ran through the 200 codes in the remote with no luck.

Yes I have visited theses pages with no luck. How do you update the code lists of your various remotes? Is there another Phillips remote I could buy that does have codes for newer equipment such as the SB300?

Your suggestion for a universal learning remote may be workable, but my experience with learning remotes is that inevitably there are DVR/TV features that are not available and we end up adding yet another remote to the remote drawer

You can get a replacement if your remote is broken. You can either contact Sharp if your TV is still under warranty, or if your warranty period is over, they might sell you one or just help you out and send you one for free, if you get a little lucky when reaching out to their support reps.

Conclusion:  Remote Monitoring of RA has uniquely integrated daily PGHD from smartphones into the electronic health record. It has delivered proof-of-concept that such integrated remote monitoring systems are feasible and can transform consultations for clinician and patient benefit.

Sharp has been at the cutting edge of technology ever since its inception in Japan and eventual expansion into the United States. Sharp televisions, DVD players, audio equipment and stereo receivers use remote controls that perform very specific functions, which cannot always be replicated through a universal remote. If you have broken or lost one of your Sharp remote controls, we are able to provide a replacement remote control for all Sharp devices. Even if your Sharp remote control is no longer being made, we can build a replacement that will perform all the same functions as the original without any unnecessary buttons or need for additional programming or setup. All of our Sharp replacement remote controls come fully programmed with new batteries and work right out of the box.

If you already have a Sharp remote control, it may need to be reprogrammed or you may need guidance understanding how to fully utilize all its capabilities. We have a list of all Sharp remote codes that includes a description outlining each remote control's functionality. These simple diagrams are designed to help explain the full range of functions your Sharp remote controls are able to perform.

I'm trying to find a way to allow my umbraco9 website to serve "local" (CMS media) images via the baked in imagesharp, which is working out of the box. I've setup Azure blob storage, all working fine.

On top of that, I am in need of serving remote images. These images sit on their respective URLs (eg. images.remote1.com, images-ai.remote2.com) and since they are external, I want to crop/resize so that I can "fit" them into the design of my website.

I've found the following discussion on ImageSharp , which led me to implementing the custom "remote image" provider/resolver. This works fine for the remote images, but breaks existing built in umbraco9 resizing/cropping.

@Kadavis - Instructions for programming a TV such as your Sharp to work WITH u-verse re found on the TV under help & here - -verse/remotes/ You may even find videos on youtube or att site if you google for them.

There are a few ways that you can use to power on the Sharp Smart TV without using a remote. And there is also one simple way that you can use it, but this requires that you have already set it up while you have your TV remote with you.

Almost every smart TV has a set of buttons that are placed on either side or at the back of the TV. The buttons will consist of power, Volume Up and Down, Channel up and down as well as the menu and Input buttons. So, if you have a remote that is busted or lost, using the buttons on the TV should be the best way to control some of the basic functions right away. And so using Power button you can also turn on Sharp TV without the need of Remote. ff782bc1db
